Price as of 26 October 2026, 14:27 IST. In the table, pearl means Platinum White Pearl. All amounts are ex-showroom Delhi. Grade names, including G-FLT and the top LE entry, follow the price selector; they have not been replaced with names from an older launch list.
Petrol and hybrid are separate parts of the range
The entry petrol group covers G-FLT, GX and GX(O). Hybrid pricing begins at VX and continues through VX(O), ZX and ZX(O), with the additional LE entry at the top. The starting price therefore does not describe a hybrid Hycross.
Toyota's model page specifies a 2.0-litre TNGA petrol engine, with a Direct Shift CVT for the conventional petrol versions. The hybrid uses Toyota's fifth-generation self-charging system and an e-Drive transmission. Both are automatic, but the shared absence of a clutch pedal does not make them the same powertrain.
The specification page lists Eco mode for the petrol grades, while hybrids have Eco, Normal and Power modes along with an EV mode. These distinctions explain part of the separation between the petrol and hybrid sections. They do not establish an individual driver's fuel saving without evidence of actual use.
Seat count changes more than the label
GX, GX(O), VX and VX(O) offer seven-seat and eight-seat configurations. Toyota's regular ZX and ZX(O) specifications list seven seats. A higher grade consequently does not always mean more passenger capacity, and a family needing the middle-row bench faces a different set of choices.
The specification chart describes captain seats for the seven-seat layout and a split middle-row bench for the eight-seater. The third row has a split folding arrangement. These layouts affect movement through the cabin and the way luggage space can be configured when some passenger positions are not needed.
GX(O) also has equipment differences within its seating choices. Toyota specifies the larger touchscreen and wireless Apple CarPlay for the seven-seater in that grade. This is a reason to retain seating capacity in a price comparison instead of treating all GX(O) entries as interchangeable.
Where the comfort equipment appears
The model page lists automatic climate control and a panoramic view monitor for GX(O). Hybrid VX adds a different set of driving and convenience features, while the panoramic roof appears from VX(O). The entry price should therefore not be used as shorthand for a fully equipped cabin.
ZX brings the more elaborate rear-seat arrangement, including powered ottomans, as well as ventilated front seats, a powered tailgate and JBL audio. Toyota's comfort page illustrates the long-slide seats and folding third row. These features describe how the cabin can be used, rather than an increase in the number of seats.
The LE price is reproduced because it is present in the live list. This report makes no additional equipment claim for that entry: the regular model specification pages checked do not provide a separate LE feature column. Its exact supplied equipment needs to be identified independently of its place at the top of the table.
Driver assistance is grade specific
Toyota's specification chart reserves Safety Sense for regular ZX(O), including radar cruise control, lane tracing assistance, blind-spot monitoring and a pre-collision system. The official safety page describes assistance functions, while the specification disclaimer keeps responsibility for safe driving with the driver.
