Price as of 26 October 2026, 23:25 IST. These are vehicle ex-showroom figures. Nissan lists the CNG pack separately, so it is not included in the petrol table or treated here as another factory petrol trim.

The engine stays the same across the range

Gravite uses a naturally aspirated 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine. Nissan specifies 72 PS and 96 Nm, paired with either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automated manual transmission. EZ Shift is Nissan's name for that AMT. Moving to a higher equipment grade does not bring a different petrol engine.

Nissan quotes fuel economy of 19.3 km/l for the manual and 19.6 km/l for the automatic. Those are certification figures, not a promise for a crowded urban commute. The gearbox decision and the equipment decision are separate: the automatic range begins at N-Connecta, while the lower Visia and Acenta entries are manual only.

Seating flexibility is the central attraction

The Gravite's most useful distinction is its removable rear seating. Nissan describes a cabin that can accommodate up to seven people, with the last row split into independently removable seats. That makes its layout relevant to households whose passenger load changes between the weekday school run and a family trip.

The luggage figures need to be read with the seating configuration attached. Nissan gives 84 litres with seven seats, 320 litres with six seats and 625 litres with five seats. The largest figure requires the third row to be removed. It should not be read as the space available behind a fully occupied cabin.

Its brochure lists a length of 3,987 mm and ground clearance of 182 mm. Those dimensions explain the packaging challenge: this is a compact vehicle carrying an extra row, so passenger flexibility and luggage capacity are linked. Neither the exterior size nor the headline boot figure alone describes how a particular family journey will fit.

What changes with the equipment grade

Visia includes six airbags, stability control and traction control, alongside the adjustable and folding rear seating. Acenta brings a touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, steering-mounted audio controls and independent rear air conditioning with vents for the rear rows. These are tangible cabin changes rather than a powertrain upgrade.

N-Connecta's official equipment highlights include a reversing camera, rear wiper and defogger. The Launch Edition sits separately in the price list. Nissan's brochure describes it as a package of accessories, including a dual dashcam, JBL speakers and an air purifier, rather than a new engine or transmission specification.

That distinction matters when matching a photographed car to a quotation. A Launch Edition accessory shown in publicity should not be assumed to be standard on the entry variant. Nissan also cautions that the equipment and accessories pictured in its brochure may vary from the specification supplied.

CNG and ownership cover are separate items

The official price page gives Rs 85,999 as the CNG pack total in its column for the period after 30 June 2026. The breakdown includes installation, endorsement and third-party warranty items, and labels the insurance endorsement figure tentative. This separate pack is not included in the petrol ex-showroom prices above.

The brochure identifies the standard vehicle warranty as three years or 1,00,000 km, whichever comes first. Its longer extended warranty and prepaid maintenance products are paid options. They should not be confused with the cover already included in the vehicle price.
