NEW DELHI: Hero MotoCorp's Vida range costs from Rs 95,000 for the VX2 Go 3.4 kWh to Rs 1,25,990 for the VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh in Delhi, going by the effective prices on Vida's official model pages. Buyers who choose the battery-as-a-service (BaaS) plan pay less upfront: from Rs 64,990 for the VX2 Go 2.2 kWh, plus a per-kilometre charge for the battery. Price as of 25 October 2026, 12:45 AM IST, when we checked; Vida's pages carry no date of their own.
The V2 Pro sits at Rs 1,20,000 and the V2 Plus at Rs 1,11,000, so the older V2 scooters now fall between the two VX2 models. Vida labels all of these figures "effective price" for Delhi and does not break down on the page how it gets to them.
Hero Vida price list in Delhi
The table has the four prices Vida's model pages show for Delhi, with the battery size each page lists.

Vida's city price data, which feeds these pages, also lists other versions for Delhi: the VX2 Plus without the 4.4 kWh tag at Rs 1,03,500, which the model page sells with a 3.4 kWh battery, the VX2 Go 2.2 kWh RQ at Rs 84,999, the VX2 Go 3.1 kWh at Rs 83,000 and the VX2 Go 2.2 kWh at Rs 79,999. The model pages show some of these numbers without naming the version, so confirm the exact version on your quote.
The VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh has the biggest battery in the range, a claimed IDC range of 187 km and a top speed of 90 km/h. The VX2 Go 3.4 kWh and the VX2 Plus 3.4 kWh both claim 146 km, while the Go 3.1 kWh claims 127 km and both 2.2 kWh versions claim 93 km.
Vida BaaS prices: pay for the scooter, then the battery by the km
Under BaaS, you buy the scooter body upfront and pay for the battery through a financing plan linked to how far you ride. Vida's BaaS page lists these "starting at" prices and per-km rates.
| BaaS version | Starting price without battery | Battery charge per km |
|---|---|---|
| VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh | Rs 1,00,990 | Rs 1.18 |
| VX2 Plus 3.4 kWh | Rs 93,990 | Rs 0.90 |
| VX2 Go 3.4 kWh | Rs 83,990 | Rs 0.90 |
| VX2 Go FB | Rs 73,990 | Rs 0.90 |
| VX2 Go 2.2 kWh RQ | Rs 69,990 | Rs 1.24 |
| VX2 Go 2.2 kWh | Rs 64,990 | Rs 1.24 |
The BaaS page does not name a city for these prices and does not list BaaS for the V2 Pro or V2 Plus. It also does not explain what "FB" stands for in the VX2 Go FB line.
The upfront saving is large. The VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh drops from Rs 1,25,990 to Rs 1,00,990 under BaaS, a gap of Rs 25,000, and the VX2 Go 3.4 kWh from Rs 95,000 to Rs 83,990. Over time you pay that back through the battery charge, and Vida says each plan has a minimum monthly distance, a usage cap and overage charges beyond the minimum.
What to check before you sign
Vida's FAQ says the buyer owns both the scooter and the battery under BaaS. The plan is a loan from Hero's partner financiers, so the scooter stays hypothecated until it is paid off, approval is up to the financier, and the plan cannot be transferred if you sell early. Vida also says BaaS buyers stay eligible for central and state subsidies, which our report on the PM E-Drive subsidy on electric scooters explains.
Some benefits on the page look dated. The FAQ lists a complimentary extended battery warranty of up to 5 years or 60,000 km for BaaS buyers, but only for vehicles invoiced till 31 August 2025, so ask the dealer what applies now. The VX2 Go's charging and range claims are set against rivals in our look at how the VX2 Go compares on charging and range.
Effective prices exclude insurance and registration, so the on-road figure will be higher. For a city-by-city view of a rival scooter, see our TVS iQube city price list.
