NEW DELHI: The Ather Konarc costs an effective Rs 80,000 ex-showroom in Delhi and Rs 99,999 in Bengaluru, according to the city-wise price data behind Ather Energy's official Konarc page. After insurance and registration, the Delhi on-road figure is Rs 87,003. Price as of 25 October 2026, 12:30 AM IST.
That Rs 19,999 gap between the two cities comes almost entirely from state subsidies. In the cities we checked, Ather starts from an ex-showroom price of about Rs 1.05 lakh to Rs 1.08 lakh, takes off the Rs 5,000 PM E-Drive incentive everywhere, and then deducts a state subsidy only where one applies.

Delhi is the cheapest big city by a distance. Ather lists a pre-incentive price of Rs 1,06,000 there, then subtracts Rs 21,000 under the Delhi subsidy and the Rs 5,000 central incentive to reach Rs 80,000. Ather's data shows no road tax line for Delhi, so the on-road total adds only insurance of Rs 6,473 and small registration charges.
Odisha comes next. Bhubaneswar gets a Rs 14,500 state subsidy, which brings the effective price to Rs 86,182 and the on-road price to Rs 93,089. In Chhattisgarh, Raipur shows a Rs 12,000 subsidy and an effective price of Rs 89,364.
Uttar Pradesh buyers see a smaller Rs 5,000 state subsidy. Lucknow works out to Rs 94,999, Varanasi to Rs 96,049 and Noida to Rs 98,149 before insurance and registration. On-road, Varanasi lands at Rs 1,03,123.
Why on-road prices differ even without a subsidy
Bengaluru, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Patna all show the same effective price of Rs 99,999, yet their on-road figures are far apart. Patna adds road tax of Rs 5,250 and a Rs 1,600 registration charge, so it reaches Rs 1,15,038, against Rs 1,07,515 in Bengaluru.
Guwahati is the dearest city in our list at Rs 1,18,506 on-road, with road tax of Rs 8,606. Across all 573 locations in Ather's data, the cheapest on-road prices are in Delhi and the costliest are in the north-east, where Assam and Tripura towns cross Rs 1.17 lakh.
Ather also shows a second figure that includes its Pro pack, which it prices at Rs 8,500 for the Konarc. With the pack, the Delhi total rises to Rs 95,502, Bengaluru to Rs 1,16,015 and Mumbai to Rs 1,17,615. The pack is optional, so check which number your dealer is quoting.
How the Konarc compares with other Athers in Delhi
The Konarc is now the cheapest way into an Ather in the capital. The same Delhi data lists the Rizta S at an effective Rs 94,549 (Rs 1,02,060 on-road) and the 450S at Rs 98,888, so the Konarc undercuts the Rizta S by Rs 14,549 before registration. Our earlier report on Rizta on-road prices in eight cities has the full family-scooter picture.
Ather's FAQ says the Konarc S is planned in four IDC range options of 100 km, 125 km, 161 km and 200 km, and that only the 125 km and 161 km versions are on sale for now, in select cities. It quotes a TrueRange of 100 km for the 125 km version. Battery capacity is 2.7 kWh on the 125 km version and 3.45 kWh on the 161 km version. More detail on versions and warranty is in our story on Konarc versions, range and battery warranty.
Before you book
A price shown for a city does not guarantee stock there, since Ather says availability varies and asks buyers to check with an Ather Experience Centre. Subsidies are set by state governments and can change, so ask for a written quote and see whether the state subsidy is deducted on your invoice.
If you are comparing electric scooters city by city, our TVS iQube city price list uses the same approach for TVS, and the gaps between states look similar.
