NEW DELHI: The Kia Syros EV price list runs from Rs 13,49,900 for HTK to Rs 19,99,900 for X-Line ER on Kia India's official trim comparison. Two battery groups within the seven trims
Price as of 28 October 2026, 23:36 IST. Kia's showroom describes its trim amounts as starting MSRP. The comparison supplies the exact figures and battery assignments reproduced here. These amounts do not represent a final registration-and-insurance bill or establish that charging accessories are included.
The ER suffix is the first distinction to understand. Kia's official brochure lists ARAI MIDC-Full certified ranges of 443 km for the smaller battery and 526 km for the larger one. These are certification figures, rather than a guarantee for an individual journey. The brochure says speed, outside temperature, terrain and electricity-consuming equipment can affect real-world range.
For an owner whose routine alternates between short urban trips and longer intercity drives, battery size and cabin equipment answer different questions. The battery affects the available energy reserve. A sunroof, camera or sound system changes the experience inside the vehicle. The trim ladder combines these choices, which is why the suffix deserves as much attention as the badge before it.
What the cabin upgrades add
Kia lists a Trinity panoramic display, alloy wheels, shift-by-wire and an electric parking brake with auto-hold among HTK's features. HTK+ highlights cruise control, a high-output USB charging point and a reversing camera. The entry version therefore needs to be understood through its own equipment list, rather than through images of the flagship.
HTX adds a panoramic sunroof and rear seats with sliding and reclining functions. Kia's HTX ER description pairs that cabin theme with the larger battery and connected services. HTX+ ER places more emphasis on cabin comforts, including seat ventilation, a Harman Kardon sound system, a powered driver seat and wireless phone charging.
X-Line ER is the technology-focused top trim. Kia highlights Level 2 driver assistance, a surround-view camera with blind-view monitor, a digital key and internal vehicle-to-load capability. These are trim-specific distinctions; they should not be read as standard equipment across the entire Syros EV range merely because they appear on the same showroom page.
The charging detail outside the headline price
The brochure states that the charger is not standard fitment and is sold separately as an accessory. That detail is particularly relevant when comparing a home-charging plan with the advertised car price. Installation arrangements and the chosen charger belong in the ownership paperwork, rather than being assumed from the battery capacity.
Kia quotes a 10 to 80 per cent DC charging time of 39 minutes using a 100 kW charger under stated test conditions. The starting and ending charge levels matter: this is neither an empty-to-full claim nor the time promised at every public charging point. Battery condition, charger specification and ambient temperature can alter charging time.
Our Syros price report covers the combustion model separately. Readers tracking Kia's electric range can also consult the Carens Clavis EV price list and EV6 price report.
Why rear-seat flexibility matters here
The sliding rear-seat arrangement creates a specific practical question for this model: how much room remains for luggage when passengers set the seat where they find it comfortable? A photograph with the seat moved forward cannot answer that for a family using child seats or carrying adults behind the driver.
That is useful context for the price table because the larger battery and the rear-seat conveniences do not arrive through one identical upgrade. Reading the battery column first, then the equipment differences, makes clear what each published Syros EV price actually describes. It also avoids confusing a subscription advertisement with the complete-car trim list.
