GURUGRAM: Gurugram University published a registration-return schedule on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, setting November 18 as the deadline for submitting pharmacy students' records without a late fee. The notice covers B.Pharmacy and B.Pharmacy lateral entry for the 2026-27 academic session, affecting the university's teaching department and affiliated institutions.
The notice carries the university's Sector 51 address and assigns the submission work to departments and colleges. Students need their admission and eligibility documents included in those institutional returns. The university has listed the notice in both the notifications and admissions sections of its official website.
What must reach the university
Under the five-page registration notice, institutions must send a computer-typed hard copy in the prescribed RF-1, RF-2 or RF-6 format, using A3 paper. The submission must include admitted students' details in RF-10A, attested documents establishing eligibility and original migration certificates where required.
Institutions must also supply a soft copy. The Registration Branch will use it to upload records to the Samarth portal after allotting university registration numbers. The notice says handwritten returns will not be accepted, and a hard copy reaching the branch late can attract a late fee even if other parts of the process have been completed.
- Courses: B.Pharmacy and B.Pharmacy lateral entry.
- Academic session: 2026-27.
- Deadline without late fee: November 18, 2026.
- Paper requirement: typed returns on A3 sheets.
- Submission responsibility: the relevant college or university department.
- The notice gives no clock time for the November 18 deadline.
The forms serve different groups. RF-1 covers first-time university registrants whose qualifying examination was through the Haryana school education board or Haryana State Technical Education Board. RF-2 is for qualifying examinations from other institutions. RF-6 is for students already registered with Gurugram University.
College principals and directors must check that affiliation or its extension covers the course and sanctioned intake for which returns are being submitted. The notice places responsibility for ineligible, irregular or excess admissions on the relevant college head or university department chairperson.
Fees and missing documents
Affiliated colleges must calculate the applicable registration-return fee course by course using the notice's fee table. Payment must use the university's specified online route. The notice rejects other payment modes and says returns, documents, fees or fines will not be accepted through email.
University Teaching Departments have a separate fee position: no registration-return fee is payable separately because it is included in the fee paid at admission. Students should therefore check which institutional category applies to them when reviewing a demand for registration-related payment.
The notice contains separate penalties for late returns and delayed supporting documents. For documents missing from a hard-copy submission, the listed charge is Rs 750 per student for a delay of one to 15 days after the normal deadline, Rs 1,500 for 16 to 30 days, Rs 2,500 for 31 to 45 days and Rs 5,000 beyond 45 days.
The migration-certificate table separately lists December 31, 2026, as the deadline without a late fee, followed by later dates with additional charges. Institutions should read that provision alongside the November 18 return deadline. Colleges are directed to have fees verified by the university's Accounts Branch.
Checks for students and college offices
Students can check with their department or college that their qualifying examination, personal details and migration documents have been included in the return. The notice allows corrections to candidate particulars without a penalty for up to 30 days from the last date for receipt of hard-copy returns. After that period, it specifies a Rs 500 correction fee.
