GURUGRAM: Pathways School Gurgaon has been renamed PSG Clifton International School after Lighthouse Learning took ownership, Clifton College said in an October 9 announcement. The change brings the Gurugram institution into a partnership with the British school and Lighthouse Learning, rather than announcing a separate new campus.
Clifton described the arrangement as its first international partnership. The announcement sets out plans for knowledge exchange, international exposure and collaboration on programmes. These are stated intentions, not a published schedule of overseas trips or an entitlement to a place at Clifton College in Britain.
The statement says the partners intend to build on the school's existing International Baccalaureate ethos. It does not disclose the acquisition price or set out a comparison between fees before and after the change. The current school website and fee document provide a more practical picture for families considering the renamed institution.
Four programmes are listed
PSG Clifton's website lists the Primary Years Programme for ages three to 11 and the Middle Years Programme for ages 11 to 16. The first centres on inquiry across subjects, language and number; the second includes interdisciplinary learning, a personal project and service activities. The school's stated pathway runs from early years to Grade 12.
For ages 16 to 18, the website lists both the Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme. The Diploma route includes the extended essay, Theory of Knowledge and Creativity, Activity, Service. The career-related route combines Diploma courses with career-specific study and a reflective project. These are different senior-school pathways, not interchangeable labels for one course.
The homepage names Captain Rohit Sen Bajaj as school director and describes a 13-acre campus with science laboratories, design workshops, studios and a library. It says the Clifton partnership is designed to include teaching, pastoral care and university counselling, alongside cultural exchange for students and educators. No detailed exchange timetable accompanies those descriptions.
How the admission process works
The current admissions page says applications are accepted throughout the year and advertises the 2026-27 academic session. Its sequence begins with a campus visit and online application, followed by a personalised interaction involving the child, the head of admissions, the relevant head of school and the school director.
Successful applicants receive an admission letter and an enrolment guide, after which families complete enrolment and attend an orientation. The page separately describes a six-to-eight-week pre-term programme to familiarise new students with IB learning. It says those places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The enquiry form distinguishes the programme and grade being sought, including separate Grade 11 options for the Diploma and Career-related routes. It also asks which academic year the family is applying for, with 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29 displayed. The existence of an enquiry option is not confirmation of a vacant seat or an admission offer. It publishes admissions@psg-clifton.com as the contact for questions about visits, applications and the fee schedule.
Published fees and withdrawal deadlines
Prices as of October 20, 2026, 7:39 am IST: the school's 2026-27 fee sheet lists a ₹30,000 application and registration fee and ₹2.20 lakh admission fee. Composite fees are payable four times a year, on February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15.
Each instalment is ₹1.79 lakh for pre-nursery to kindergarten, ₹2.29 lakh for Grades 1-8, ₹3.11 lakh for Grades 9-10 and ₹3.82 lakh for Grades 11-12. These figures are not annual totals. The refundable security deposit equals two applicable composite-fee instalments, payable on admission.
The composite charge excludes items including uniforms, textbooks, camps, external examinations and additional subject support. The fee sheet charges the pre-term programme at one composite-fee instalment and lists an extra, non-refundable Career-related Programme payment directly to SCAD/WACP. Optional transport and learning-support charges are separate from the composite school fee.
Withdrawals are restricted to semester-end. Notice is due by November 30 for the end of Semester 1 and April 30 for academic-year-end withdrawal. Later notice attracts a charge equal to two composite-fee instalments for the following semester. The document says the Parent Student Handbook governs the fee structure.
