NEW DELHI: ASUS's MD105 wireless mouse is listed at Rs 1,699, while the Marshmallow Combo CW200 is Rs 3,199 on the brand's linked India store. The lower figure buys a standalone mouse; the CW200 amount covers a keyboard and mouse together. The difference is therefore about the contents of the package as much as the pointing device.

A mouse replacement and a complete input set
The MD105 comparison starts with an existing keyboard. It adds a shaped mouse with a thumb rest and side buttons, leaving typing hardware unchanged. The CW200 instead provides a coordinated set for a computer that needs both kinds of input or a portable second workstation.
That distinction is especially relevant to a laptop connected to an external monitor. A mouse can supplement the laptop keyboard without changing the position of the computer. A separate keyboard allows a different desk arrangement, but also adds another item to carry and power.
ASUS announced both products in India on 20 August 2026. The figures used here come from the subsequently checked store pages rather than treating the launch announcement as a permanent selling-price record.
The mice have different shapes and settings
The published height and weight measurements show why the mice should not be treated as interchangeable versions of one design. The MD105 has a taller body and a dedicated thumb support. The CW200 mouse has a lower profile, alongside the set's compact keyboard.
Neither measurement proves that one shape will fit every hand. The useful comparison is how each shape relates to the intended setup: a mouse kept on a desk, a set moved between rooms, or an input device used in a bag-friendly workspace. Comfort still depends on the person using it.
The MD105's higher selectable resolution is a cursor-control setting, not a measurement of gaming ability. The CW200 provides its own sensitivity steps. No latency, accuracy or competitive-gaming winner can be established from those resolution figures alone.
Read the CW200 pairing footnote
ASUS's current CW200 overview describes Bluetooth and receiver-based connections, but its footnote separates the two components. The keyboard can retain pairings with up to four devices; the mouse pairs with two. Each connects actively to one device at a time.
This qualification is more useful than describing the entire bundle with one device count. A keyboard switched among a desktop, a laptop and a tablet does not establish that the bundled mouse will follow across that same full list of hosts.
The MD105 overview separately states support for switching among up to three devices using Bluetooth and RF wireless. That makes its connection arrangement relevant to someone who needs only a mouse across several computers. It is not evidence that it can move files between those computers.
Typing and battery details complete the comparison
The CW200 keyboard uses low-profile scissor keys with 1.6mm travel. Its specification lists a 360g keyboard weight without batteries. These details describe a different typing proposition from a tall mechanical board, even though both may be advertised as compact accessories.
Replaceable batteries also make the package easier to understand: the keyboard and mouse have separate power requirements. A working keyboard does not imply the mouse battery has the same remaining charge, and the set does not use one shared rechargeable battery.
The practical comparison is thus a shaped standalone pointing device against a compact input bundle. The official prices establish the cost of those packages, while the component-level specifications explain what that cost actually includes.
