NEW DELHI: The Yezdi Adventure's official product page states a 4-year/50,000 km standard warranty, with an option to extend cover up to 6 years. It also lists 1 year of roadside assistance. Owners should identify which protection they hold before arranging a repair, because warranty, roadside help and routine maintenance serve different purposes.

Begin with the Adventure on your paperwork
The current model page distinguishes Standard and Tubeless versions. It also highlights twin headlights, an adjustable visor and traction control with selectable ABS settings. For an owner reporting a concern, those are useful identifiers: a wheel complaint, an electrical warning and a visor adjustment need different descriptions on the service job card.
The published specification lists a 334 cc engine and a six-speed gearbox. The brochure and product details frame the Adventure around mixed road and trail use, rather than a simple styling package. That context makes it especially useful to record where and when a symptom occurred, including whether the motorcycle was loaded or being ridden on broken ground.
For example, a warning that appeared after an ordinary road journey and a concern noticed immediately after a hard impact are different accounts of an event. Write down the sequence without deciding the cause yourself. Photographs and a clear account can help explain a concern; they do not establish that a claim is covered.
Separate the standard cover from an extension
Jawa Yezdi's service page presents Protection Plus as available after the standard warranty expires. It says missed periodic services do not automatically prevent purchase, but requires an authorised fitness check or maintenance service within the preceding period shown in the table. That purchase rule should not be read as advance approval of an existing fault.
The same page describes additional distance cover under Protection Plus and flexible extended protection. Obtain the actual plan document for the motorcycle, including the start date, covered components and exclusions. An advertised maximum duration does not tell an owner whether a particular repair belongs to the standard warranty or a separately purchased policy.
A useful preparation file contains the invoice, motorcycle identification, current odometer reading, relevant service records and the policy or warranty document. Keep your own description of the problem with it. This is practical preparation for a service conversation, rather than a claim that the public website prescribes a universal document checklist.
Roadside assistance is a separate decision
The service FAQ includes roadside repairs, flat-tyre support, towing, fuel delivery and key lock-out help. It describes assistance packages with a 100 km allowance and says towing beyond that distance is chargeable per kilometre. For an Adventure rider planning remote travel, the recovery limit is more useful than a broad promise of support.
Before departure, save the assistance details and confirm how the provider measures the recovery distance. A repair entitlement and the logistics of reaching a workshop are separate questions. If the motorcycle is far from a service point, understanding both can prevent a breakdown conversation from becoming a dispute about what was requested.
A repair concern is different from a booking refund
The company's refund policy limits its published cancellation process to booking payments. It requires a request within 7 days of booking and says processing follows approval within 15 business days. That booking process should not be used as a promised return route for a motorcycle that has already been delivered.
Our Scooter and bike price guide provides related model context. For another motorcycle's terms, see the Kawasaki Vulcan S warranty: how the 3-year, 36,000 km limit works. Adventure-bike readers can also consult the How to prepare an Ambrane Charge R65 6-month warranty claim when thinking about the hardware involved in roadside planning.
For the Yezdi Adventure, the sensible service conversation starts with the actual symptom and the protection document held by its owner. Ask the workshop to record the diagnosis and the basis for any proposed charge. Keep that response alongside the original complaint so the next conversation can focus on what has been established.
