The Selection Committee has published the provisional list of candidates allotted to the Pharm.D (6 Years) course for session 2026-2027, with allotments dated 10 September 2026. The multi-page PDF, posted on the tnmedicalselection.net news surface, is a candidate-wise allotment artefact rather than a fresh counselling-calendar notice. Each row carries serial number, general rank, application number, name, community, total marks and the college to which the candidate has been allotted.

This file is the Pharm.D six-year provisional allotment list. It is not the Round 2 schedule for B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharm, BASLP and Allied Healthcare that opened registration on 11-12 September, it is not the M.Pharm Round 1 registration and choice-locking window through 12 September 5:00 pm, and it is not the MBBS/BDS court-order eligible-list addendum. Destack those Tamil Nadu Selection Committee products when reading or republishing.

What the 10 September provisional allotment PDF shows

The list header reads Pharm.D (6 Years) Course Session 2026-2027, Provisional List of Candidates allotted on 10.09.2026. The archived PDF runs to 61 pages and closes around serial number 974, so several hundred candidates appear with college placements. Early rows show high general ranks and high total marks. For example, GR 11 Tamil Selvan G (BC, 196.5) is allotted to Apollo College of Pharmacy, Mevalurkuppam, Kancheepuram; GR 12 Mahalakshmi S (BC, 196) to Karpagam College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore; and GR 27 Adhithi V (BC, 195) to PSG College of Pharmacy, Peelamedu, Coimbatore.

Subsequent rows continue the same schema across communities including BC, MBC and DNC, BCM, SC and ST, with total marks stepping down through the list. Colleges named in the early pages include PSG College of Pharmacy, Apollo College of Pharmacy, Karpagam College of Pharmacy, Vellalar College of Pharmacy (Erode), KMCH College of Pharmacy, Tagore College of Pharmacy, SNS College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences, C.L. Baid Metha College of Pharmacy, Shri Indra Ganesan Institute of Medical Science College of Pharmacy (Trichy), Mayor Radhakrishnan College of Pharmacy (Cuddalore) and Nandha College of Pharmacy and Research Institute (Erode). Later pages extend the allotment deeper into the rank list, ending near GR 11838 with lower marks on the final sheet.

Because the document is labelled provisional, candidates should read their own application number, general rank, marks and allotted college carefully and follow any reporting or download instructions issued separately by the Selection Committee for this course. The allotment list itself is the result artefact for the six-year Pharm.D track; it does not republish the nursing-pharmacy-allied Round 2 calendar or the M.Pharm Round 1 schedule.

How allotted candidates should read this list against other TN pharmacy notices

Allotted students should verify that the application number and name match their counselling login identity before treating a college name as final for joining. Parents and candidates should also keep the course identity clear: Pharm.D (6 Years) is a distinct programme from B.Pharm undergraduate counselling and from M.Pharm postgraduate counselling. Confusion between those pipelines is easy when several Selection Committee PDFs land in the same week.

Candidates who were not allotted on this 10 September list should watch the official portal for any further round or vacancy process for Pharm.D (6 Years), rather than assuming the Nursing/B.Pharm/AHS Round 2 registration window will reopen Pharm.D seats. Conversely, nursing and allied-health aspirants should not treat this allotment PDF as their Round 2 schedule. M.Pharm aspirants remain on the separate Round 1 registration and choice-locking clock through 12 September 5:00 pm.

The primary PDF for this desk is https://tnmedicalselection.net/news/11092026054844.pdf, with the Selection Committee portal at https://tnmedicalselection.net/. The story stamp is the provisional list of candidates allotted to Pharm.D (6 Years) for session 2026-2027 on 10 September 2026, spanning a 61-page candidate-wise college allotment through serial number 974. That provisional allotment artefact, not the Nursing Round 2 calendar, not the M.Pharm Round 1 deadline, and not the MBBS court eligible addendum, is the story.
