NEW DELHI: OPPO's current India specification page lists three Reno14 5G memory combinations: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. It explicitly excludes Mint Green from the 512GB version. Read the paired memory row and the colour qualification together before matching a listing to the handset you intend to order.

Read the memory pair before the colour name

The number before the plus sign is the physical RAM listed for the variant, while the number after it identifies storage. In the two 256GB combinations, selecting the larger RAM figure does not also increase the storage figure. In the two 12GB combinations, the distinction is storage. Keep that comparison separate from any software memory-expansion label shown elsewhere.

Begin with the exact product name and model code. A listing that says only Reno14 Series can leave room for confusion with the Pro. Then check the paired capacity, followed by colour. This order makes it easier to spot a mismatch before moving to payment, rather than discovering that a preferred finish changed the selected capacity.

The Mint Green exception is explicit

The specifications name Pearl White, Forest Green, Mint Green and Diwali Gold, but the memory section specifically says that Mint Green does not accompany the 12GB + 512GB combination. A colour being advertised for the model does not establish that it is available in every configuration. Equally, the absence of another exclusion is not a promise of current stock.

For a person arranging a phone as a gift, this distinction matters more than the colour gallery suggests. If the request is for Mint Green with the largest listed storage, the current official specification does not support that pairing. Settle the memory requirement and finish together. Do not assume an attractive product photograph describes the exact combination selected in a shopping menu.

Use the current specification for the current variant list

There is a concrete reason to avoid copying an old launch table. OPPO's July 3, 2025 India announcement described the base Reno14 as 8GB + 128GB. The current specification page instead lists 8GB + 256GB at the bottom of its memory ladder. Those are different official records from different contexts, and the dated announcement should not silently replace the current page.

That difference does not establish when a particular unit was manufactured or whether an older configuration remains in a sales channel. When the order description and current specification do not match, keep a copy of the selected configuration and verify the exact item being supplied. This guide reports what the current parameter page lists; it is not a live inventory report.

Separate storage needs from camera upgrades

OPPO promotes Reno14 around a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom and 4K 60fps HDR video. Those are reasons to think about how you will manage a growing camera library. They do not mean the larger storage variant has a different telephoto system. The product page presents those camera features at model level rather than offering a separate camera upgrade against each memory row.

A practical check is to review the files you expect to keep on the handset, including offline media and unbacked-up recordings, before settling the storage requirement. OPPO warns that usable internal space is below the advertised capacity because software occupies part of it. Avoid planning as though the entire printed figure will be available for personal files.

The same reading discipline appears in our OPPO F33 Pro now Rs 39,999 on OPPO's India store, Rs 2,000 above launch price and OPPO F35 Pro 5G and F35 5G India prices go live, sale on 11 October. Those articles concern different devices; use this Reno14 table for the OPPO combinations. For the separate question of what happens after a faulty delivery, see our OPPO Find X10 price in India: Rs 1,39,999 and Rs 1,69,999, Find X10 Pro Max at Rs 1,99,999.
