NEW DELHI: Lava's official shop lists the Yuva 2 at Rs 6,999 and Blaze NXT at Rs 7,320. Both listings identify 64GB storage, but the memory specifications differ: Yuva 2 has 3GB physical RAM with a separately advertised expansion, while Blaze NXT has 4GB RAM plus 3GB virtual RAM. Their similar prices therefore do not describe identical hardware.

Read the physical memory before the expanded figure

The clearest hardware distinction in the listings is physical RAM. It is easy to overlook when a product card combines installed memory and a software expansion in the same large headline. Keep those entries separate when recording the specifications of these particular phones.

Blaze NXT explicitly calls its additional memory virtual RAM. Yuva 2 uses the familiar plus-sign presentation with an asterisk. Neither presentation is a basis for treating the combined figure as entirely installed physical memory. For this comparison, the physical figures shown in the table remain the more straightforward reference.

Storage is a different question. Both pages identify the same headline capacity, so Blaze NXT's higher physical RAM does not also mean more stated built-in file space. A family sorting photographs and downloaded documents should keep those two needs separate rather than treating every larger memory number as extra storage.

Different processors, without an invented performance ranking

Yuva 2's official specification names the Unisoc T606 octa-core processor. Blaze NXT lists MediaTek's Helio G37. Those names establish the platform difference, but the pages do not provide a common controlled test from which this report can claim a performance winner.

That matters because the price gap alone cannot settle responsiveness. App behaviour, installed software and the condition of an older handset can affect the experience. The verified comparison here concerns the listed configurations, not measured gaming speeds, app opening times or battery endurance.

Similar camera headlines conceal different descriptions

Both phones lead with a 13MP rear camera figure. Lava describes Yuva 2 as a dual camera design and Blaze NXT as a triple camera design. Camera count is not a substitute for knowing the purpose of the additional modules or examining photographs from the actual phone.

The physical controls also deserve a precise reading. Yuva 2's listing specifically places its fingerprint sensor on the side. Blaze NXT advertises fingerprint and face unlocking, without this comparison assuming that an omitted feature on the shorter Yuva 2 page must be absent from the handset.

Software and service need their own checks

Yuva 2's page describes Android 12 and advertises automatic and anonymous call recording. That is the software description in the listing, not verification of the version installed on every unit now. This report does not supply a current security patch date or make a support-duration claim for either model.

Blaze NXT's page lists a 5000mAh battery, Type-C charging and Free Service at Home. The last item is a service claim whose operating conditions need checking separately. It does not establish an unconditional replacement entitlement or a guaranteed repair completion time.

Who these configurations are for

These specifications are most relevant to readers identifying an existing family handset or comparing basic phone configurations within a tight budget. Yuva 2 supplies the lower catalogue figure; Blaze NXT supplies the higher physical RAM figure. Neither observation amounts to a tested buying verdict.

Related Lava coverage includes the separate Storm 5G and Shark 5G guide, O2 and O1 comparison and Blaze 5G price list. Keep those model names distinct from Yuva 2 and Blaze NXT when matching a listing or invoice.
