GURUGRAM: Gurugram University posted fresh examination review results on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, including a 65-entry re-evaluation notification for students across undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The documents carry the university's Sector 51 address and give students and affiliated colleges new paper-wise results to check against their examination records.

The university's notice index lists two re-evaluation documents, numbered 2601-24 and 2601-23, and retotal notification 261-007 on November 3. Their internal approval dates differ from the website listing date: notification 2601-24 is dated November 2, while the other two carry October 30. The current development is their publication in the November 3 notice list.

What the three result sheets contain

Notification 2601-24 contains 65 numbered entries across three pages. Each row identifies a review case, the candidate, examination and university roll numbers where recorded, the course, semester, subject, paper identification number and marks after re-evaluation. These are paper-level entries. A student can appear against more than one subject, so 65 entries should not be read as 65 different students.

The courses listed include arts, commerce, science, business administration, yoga, physiotherapy-related and other university programmes. Among the postgraduate entries are Hindi, English, history, commerce and mathematics. The sheet also includes the four-year integrated B.Sc. B.Ed. course. Students should match the course and semester in their own row rather than assume that a notice applies to every semester of a named programme.

The subjects show the breadth of the release. The 65-entry sheet includes Indian Business Environment, American Literature, Cost Accounting-I, Business Communication Skills, Financial Management and Policy, Organisational Behavior, Macro Economics-I and Micro Economics-I. Science entries include chemistry, calculus, optics, plant physiology and ecology. The official paper identification column is particularly useful where the subject column contains several paper titles together.

Notification 2601-23 contains 24 numbered entries. Many concern fifth-semester science papers, alongside entries for the integrated science and education course and clinical embryology. It uses the same kind of case, roll number, course, semester and paper details, followed by marks after re-evaluation. The separate notification number matters because students searching only the latest file could miss an entry in the companion sheet.

  • Website listing date: November 3, 2026, with no publication time displayed in the notice index.
  • Re-evaluation 2601-24: 65 numbered entries, document dated November 2.
  • Re-evaluation 2601-23: 24 numbered entries, document dated October 30.
  • Retotal 261-007: 20 numbered entries, document dated October 30.

Retotalling has a different result format

The 20-entry retotal sheet places the original mark beside the result after retotalling. Counting its rows shows increases in 11 entries. Two rows repeat the same numerical mark, while seven explicitly record no change. These figures describe the published rows, not a success rate for all applications received by the university.

The retotal entries span science, arts, business administration, physiotherapy and other courses. Examples of numerical revisions include chemistry marks moving from 12 to 14, physics from 14 to 18, economics from 6 to 20 and vector calculus from 28 to 29. The unchanged numerical entries show 19 remaining 19 and 52 remaining 52. No individual student's name or roll number is needed to explain those outcomes.

There is also a labelling point worth checking carefully. The notice index describes the retotal file using December 2025 and January 2026, but the heading inside the attached document refers to December 2025 and May-June 2026. Students should therefore verify the actual case number, paper and roll details inside the attachment when identifying their result, rather than relying on the filename alone.

Where students should check

The official university notice index links the three attachments. The result sheets are issued through the Assistant Registrar for re-evaluation on behalf of the Controller of Examinations. They also list circulation to the relevant result branches and the unit responsible for uploading them to the university website.

The tables publish marks for the listed papers but do not give an overall pass count, a consolidated class result or a fresh application deadline. Those conclusions cannot be drawn from this release. Students checking an entry should retain the notification number with their case and paper details so that any query refers to the correct published record.

For separate university processes, earlier local coverage explains the November 11 registration return schedule, the November 10 examination form date for new admissions and the pharmacy registration schedule. Those are background reports on different notices; the November 3 release concerns the examination review results listed above.
