Tamil Nadu schedules M.Pharm Round 2 counselling from 22 September to 1 October

The Selection Committee has issued the tentative Round II online counselling schedule for the M.Pharm course for 2026-27. Registration and payment open at 10:00 AM on 22 September 2026 and close at 5:00 PM on 23 September 2026. Choice filling and locking begin at 10:00 AM on 24 September 2026 and run until 5:00 PM on 26 September 2026.

The final result of the second round allotment is listed for 28 September 2026 for general ranks 001 to 1371. Candidates may download the provisional allotment order from 29 September 2026 until 3:00 PM on 1 October 2026. Reporting must be completed on or before 1 October 2026 by 5:00 PM.

Fees, vacancies and who may enter Round 2

Candidates pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 500 online through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. Those who already registered in Round 1 need not pay again. Candidates who did not participate or did not join in Round 1 may still enter this counselling. Vacancy positions will be shown on the official websites.

Admission is by online counselling on the basis of rank with the rule of reservation. Options once given cannot be changed later. There is no re-allotment within self-financing institutions under the instructions printed for this round.

Upgradation risk and reporting paperwork

Any candidate who opts for upgradation from a Round 1 allotted seat in Round 2 will have to vacate that seat and cannot claim to retain it. At reporting, candidates must produce original certificates in person at the allotted college, pay tuition fee before downloading the provisional allotment order where required, and submit a self-declaration accepting forfeiture if suppression of facts is found later.

Pharmacy graduates still chasing a government or self-financing M.Pharm seat should treat 26 September as the hard choice-lock evening and 1 October as the hard joining evening. Candidates must not share login identity, password or OTP.
