These prices cover the soundbar packages
The amounts come from Marshall's India pages with Black selected. Both are labelled MRP, rather than a conditional payment offer. The listed box contents include the soundbar, a mains lead and an HDMI cable. They do not list a separate external subwoofer as part of either package at these prices.
That distinction matters when comparing a soundbar listing with a home-theatre bundle. A picture of a wider audio setup does not mean every component is included. Here, the price comparison follows the named product and its published box contents, so the cost of a separate bass unit is not silently included.
Cabinet size changes the installation
The Heston 120 is wider, taller, deeper and heavier than the Heston 60. On a television cabinet, the practical issue is available space around the screen stand and the front edge of the furniture. The measurements above let that fit be assessed without treating the model name as a physical dimension.
Mounting arrangements also differ. Marshall lists wall grommets in the Heston 60 box, while the Heston 120's wall mount is sold separately. A wall-mounted installation therefore does not have the same accessory starting point for both products, even though each model supports placement on a wall.
Atmos support does not mean identical hardware
Both pages list Dolby Atmos and DTS-X among supported immersive formats. Marshall describes the Heston 120 as having up-firing tweeters as part of its sound presentation. The configuration labels in the table should be read alongside that hardware description, rather than assuming that a shared format logo establishes the same speaker arrangement.
The sound heard in a room is not established by a specification table alone. These official pages confirm support and construction details, but they do not constitute a comparative listening test in an Indian living room. No measured dialogue, bass or surround-performance ranking is assigned here.
Heston 120 adds another route for sources
Both soundbars have HDMI eARC for the television connection. The Heston 120 additionally lists an HDMI input with passthrough and an Ethernet port. Those are concrete connection differences for a setup with external playback equipment or a wired home network, independent of any judgement about sound quality.
Analogue input arrangements differ too: Heston 60 lists a 3.5 mm AUX input, while Heston 120 lists stereo RCA. Each also has an RCA mono subwoofer output. The stereo input and mono output serve different jobs, so an RCA socket should not be assumed to accept any analogue cable in any position.
Music playback and everyday controls
Both pages list AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect. This gives the products a music-streaming role alongside television playback. Marshall's app provides room calibration, and the specification sheets identify microphones for that calibration function; this is a specific purpose rather than a general voice-assistant claim.
The larger model uses rotary controls for volume, bass, treble and source selection, while Heston 60 lists button controls for volume, source and sound mode. The difference affects the physical interaction with the cabinet, even when much of a household's regular playback is managed from a television or phone.
