NEW DELHI: KTM lists the 160 Duke at Rs 1,70,545 and the 160 Duke TFT at Rs 1,78,536, ex-showroom Delhi. The two official product pages give these as starting prices. The main named difference is the instrument display, with the TFT version using a colour screen while the regular model has an LCD console.
| Variant | Starting ex-showroom price, Delhi | Instrument type |
|---|---|---|
| KTM 160 Duke | Rs 1,70,545 | LCD |
| KTM 160 Duke TFT | Rs 1,78,536 | 5-inch colour TFT |

What these two prices represent
KTM's model catalogue lists both motorcycles separately, and the individual product pages confirm their Delhi amounts. Because the pages use starting-price language, this table does too. It does not turn those entries into a colour-by-colour tariff that the opened pages do not provide.
The listed finishes on both product pages are Electronic Orange, Atlantic Blue and Silver Metallic Matte. The pages do not attach a separate readable price to each finish. A colour name therefore identifies the appearance here, without supporting an assumed premium or discount.
The on-road section distinguishes ex-showroom cost from registration charges, insurance and additional fees. Those costs depend on the location and the quotation. An exact Delhi ex-showroom entry should not be relabelled as an exact on-road price for another city.
The dashboard is the clearest difference
The regular 160 Duke's dedicated specification table identifies an LCD speedometer. Its product page describes turn-by-turn navigation through the KTM Connect app using Bluetooth. That makes it important to separate the type of screen from the availability of a connected navigation function.
For the TFT variant, KTM specifies a five-inch colour screen. The product description adds bonded glass and a switch unit with four-way menu controls. These details explain what the TFT suffix adds to the interface, rather than implying a change to the engine beneath it.
KTM also describes app-linked turn-by-turn navigation on the TFT version. The two listings therefore share the broad navigation function, while their screen hardware and controls differ. The published information does not establish that one display changes the motorcycle's power output or fuel consumption.
This is a useful distinction in short advertisements, where a connected console and a TFT console can be presented as though the words mean the same thing. In these official listings, connectivity describes a function and TFT identifies the display fitted to a particular variant.
The technical tables show the shared core
Both dedicated technical tables specify a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine of 164.2 cc. Each gives peak power of 19 PS at 9,500 rpm and peak torque of 15.5 Nm at 7,500 rpm. On those published figures, the TFT entry is not an engine-output upgrade.
The same tables identify a split trellis frame and a 10.1-litre fuel tank. Disc brakes are listed at both ends, with a radial caliper at the front and a floating caliper at the rear. The technical descriptions provide a common foundation for comparing the named versions.
KTM's product pages also identify WP upside-down front suspension and a rear monoshock. Those components belong to the chassis specification rather than the display package. Their presence should not be used to imply that the lower-priced LCD version lacks the basic suspension layout described for the range.
Keep rider aids distinct from display features
Supermoto ABS appears in the product descriptions for both versions. KTM explains that this mode can disengage rear-wheel ABS. It is therefore a braking-system function, separate from the screen technology used to show information to the rider.
The detailed sheets also list an LED headlamp and navigation among the equipment. They do not present a complete set of independently measured road-test results. This report consequently makes no claim about real-world mileage, braking distance or the speed achievable in a particular riding environment.
Some descriptive text on KTM's pages differs from its dedicated technical tables on physical measurements. Those disputed measurements have been left out here. The engine-output and instrument details used above are supported by the specifically labelled specification entries for each version.
For this Delhi price list, the distinction is straightforward: two named starting prices, two instrument types and matching published engine-output figures. A quotation that retains the full 160 Duke TFT name is more precise than one that refers only to a Duke with navigation or a colour display.
