ASUS is listing the ROG Xbox Ally gaming handheld at Rs 59,990 in its India Festive Dhamaka Sale, whose campaign banner gives a run from 7 to 20 October 2026. The store identifies this as the 2025 model.
The price is as of 12 October 2026, 09:12 IST, including taxes, for the white RC73YA-NH010W with 16GB memory and 512GB storage. The official store marked this model in stock and enabled its Add to cart button during verification. Delivery to a particular Indian PIN code was not verified.
The Rs 59,990 price and the exact seller
The ASUS campaign page and the model's store listing both show Rs 59,990. The store compares it with an MRP of Rs 83,990. That is a comparison with the printed maximum retail price, rather than evidence that the handheld cost Rs 83,990 immediately before this sale.
No coupon, exchange or membership was shown as necessary for the quoted base price. Separate bank and instalment promotions appear on the page, but no such benefit has been deducted here. Buyers should judge any additional payment offer by its own eligibility and charges, rather than treating a lower conditional figure as the price for everyone.
AYR Technologies is identified as the authorised reseller and merchant on the ASUS India store. The listing says shipping is free and that delivery timelines appear at checkout after a PIN code is entered. Its next-day delivery message applies only to selected PIN codes, so it should not be read as a nationwide promise.
What this Ally configuration includes
ASUS's India specification page identifies the processor as AMD's Ryzen Z2 A, with four cores and eight threads. It lists a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The memory description carries a qualification: the 16GB LPDDR5X hardware runs as LPDDR5 because of processor limitations.
The screen is a seven-inch, 1,920 x 1,080 touchscreen with a 120Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium. ASUS specifies a 60Wh battery and a weight of 670g. Two USB-C ports support display output and power delivery, while a microSD reader provides another storage option. The Indian store's box contents include an adapter.
The ROG product guide describes a Windows 11 machine with an Xbox-style full-screen interface. It supports PC game stores and can stream from a compatible Xbox console through Remote Play. Buyers should check the PC version and handheld compatibility of the games they want, rather than assume that every console purchase grants a downloadable PC copy.
One advertised extra needs clarification. The store and product overview describe three months of Game Pass, while the India specification page says two months of Game Pass Premium. These conflicting descriptions do not establish a reliable bundle duration. The overview also says a valid payment method is required and the subscription renews at the regular monthly price unless cancelled.
Warranty and returns need a closer look
The product lists a one-year warranty. However, its detailed disclaimer expressly excludes ROG Ally from warranty-extension packs, despite generic extended-warranty banners elsewhere on the same page. The sale's broad warranty messaging therefore should not be assumed to cover this handheld. Any optional protection purchase needs model-specific confirmation.
There is also a mismatch in the return wording. The store terms allow a change-of-mind cancellation request within 14 days for unopened products, with a 5% charge. The linked ASUS sales terms give seven days for that case. Both exclude opened or seal-broken products from that route. Buyers should resolve the applicable window before paying.
The dead-on-arrival process requires assessment through an authorised service partner. The policy describes a seven-working-day period from the invoice or delivery date and requires the original packaging and accessories. A generic returns banner is not sufficient evidence of an unrestricted trial period.
The campaign remains within its stated dates, but stock and prices can change. Dalimss News has separately examined Vijay Sales' card-linked offers and Lenovo's Tech Utsav pricing. Their terms belong to those specific promotions and do not carry over to this ASUS listing.
