AACCC uploads AYUSH UG Round 1 final allotment, reporting till 23 September

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee has uploaded the final result of Round 1 of AACCC UG Counseling 2026. A notice dated 16 September 2026 asks participating institutes and candidates to use the AACCC UG portal and download the Provisional Allotment Letter before proceeding with admission. Physical reporting at the allotted college or institute is scheduled from 10:30 AM on 17 September to 5:30 PM on 23 September, a seven-day reporting period.

The notice is issued by AACCC for Round 1 and names the portal at aaccc.gov.in/ug-counselling/. It does not ask candidates to rely only on a result display. The instruction is to download the provisional allotment letter from the portal before admission. Candidates should keep that document with their counselling records while approaching the institution shown in the allotment.

Three choices at the Round 1 reporting stage

Candidates willing to join the allotted institute are told to join it according to the reporting schedule. The time window begins at 10:30 AM on 17 September and ends at 5:30 PM on 23 September. The notice describes this as physical reporting, so the candidate should plan the visit to the allotted college or institute within those hours rather than treating the portal upload as the whole admission process.

A candidate who wants to join the Round 1 institute and also seek upgradation in Round 2 must join the allotted institute and submit willingness for upgradation at the time of reporting. The two actions are linked in the table. Joining the first seat and expressing the willingness are both part of the route described for an upgrade request.

A candidate who does not want to join the allotted institute has Free Exit available if the candidate does not join. Such a candidate can participate in later rounds according to the eligibility fixed for that round by filling fresh choices. The notice does not say that an old choice list will automatically carry forward. It specifically refers to fresh choices for subsequent rounds.

Rules for an admitted Round 1 seat

The notice separately explains what happens when a candidate has joined the Round 1 seat but later wants to resign. Before the announcement of the Round 2 final result, excluding the final result date, the candidate can take Free Exit and participate in later rounds according to the eligibility fixed for that round by filling fresh choices.

From the announcement of the Round 2 final result until three days before the start of Round 3, the notice permits exit with forfeiture. The candidate can participate in later rounds only under the eligibility fixed for that round, by paying the complete fees again and filling fresh choices. This is a different condition from the Free Exit route and should not be merged with it.

The notice places tighter consequences on withdrawals close to and after Round 3. An admitted Round 1 candidate who withdraws between three days before Round 3 and the publication of the Round 3 final result, excluding the final result date, becomes ineligible for AACCC UG counselling. A withdrawal from the date of announcement of the Round 3 final result makes the candidate ineligible for further Ayush UG counselling, including Central, State and Union Territory counselling.

Online admission record is required

AACCC says the allotted college must complete the admission process through online mode by generating the Provisional Admission Letter from the AACCC UG portal. Any admission made through offline mode will be treated as null and void. Candidates should therefore check that the online letter is generated as part of the admission record, even when they have physically reported at the institute.

Participating institutes are asked to facilitate admission and reporting even on holidays, if necessary. For the detailed rules, AACCC directs candidates to the Information Bulletin, Counseling Scheme and FAQs available on its portal. The 16 September notice is the schedule reference for this Round 1 reporting window, while those documents carry the wider counselling instructions.

Candidates now have a clear date range and a clear document task: download the Provisional Allotment Letter, reach the allotted institute between 17 and 23 September within the listed hours, and select the route that matches their intention. The choice to join, seek upgradation or use Free Exit carries separate rules in the AACCC notice, so the record should be completed under the correct route.
