Sony’s Diwali 2026 promotion lists the HT-S20R home theatre system at ₹14,990, HT-S40R at ₹23,990 and 43-inch BRAVIA 2 II K-43S25M2 television at ₹55,090. The same prices appeared on ShopAtSC when checked on 14 October. These are displayed product prices before any extra bank cashback. Price as of 14 October 2026, 6:10 AM IST.

ShopAtSC marked all three exact SKUs available. Each listing requires a PIN-code check; the public stock status does not establish delivery availability for a particular home.

A 43-inch TV and two home theatre choices

The K-43S25M2 IN5 is a 4K Google TV with a 3,840 x 2,160 panel and a stated 60Hz refresh rate. Its four HDMI ports and two USB ports give buyers connection options for existing equipment. Sony also lists eARC, automatic low-latency mode and a game menu. The native refresh-rate figure is the useful number when assessing gaming needs, rather than the separate MotionFlow XR 200 branding.

Google Cast and Apple AirPlay 2 are listed for sharing content from compatible devices, alongside Bluetooth audio output for headphones. The LED television supports HDR10 and HLG. Its built-in sound system is rated at 20W across two channels, so the soundbar budget is separate. ShopAtSC advertises free brand-approved wall-mount or table-top installation for this model.

At the lower audio price, the HT-S20R supplies a three-channel soundbar, rear speakers and an external subwoofer for 5.1-channel sound. Sony rates the system at 400W. Its rear speakers and subwoofer are wired, so the room needs suitable cable routes. HDMI ARC, optical and analogue connections handle TV audio, while Bluetooth and USB provide music playback.

The store’s FAQ says it does not support a wireless TV connection. It lists a one-year manufacturer warranty and free installation and demonstration. The FAQ says Sony does not provide extended warranty for this model and lists no Alexa or Google Home compatibility. The HT-S40R costs ₹9,000 more at its displayed standalone price. Sony rates this 5.1-channel package at 600W and uses a wireless amplifier for the rear speakers, removing the long connection between the front and rear of the room. The rear speakers still connect through that amplifier.

Wireless TV audio is listed for compatible Sony BRAVIA televisions; it is not promised for every television. HDMI, optical and analogue inputs remain available. Both audio packages include physical rear speakers, an important placement consideration before ordering. The HT-S40R also offers Auto Sound, Standard, Cinema and Music modes, plus Night and Voice settings and subwoofer volume control. Warranty dates and extra savings have separate conditions

Sony’s festive terms date the special TV warranty offer from 23 September to 16 November 2026, across India except Kerala. The K-43S25M2 appears in the three-year comprehensive-warranty list.

The same document assigns two years to the 32-inch KD-32W835 and to several online-exclusive variants, including K-43S22BM2. Buyers therefore need the full model code on their invoice, rather than relying on screen size or the BRAVIA name. The warranty deadline should not be read as a guarantee that every displayed selling price will remain unchanged until 16 November.

A separate combo banner on the HT-S40R listing advertises ₹3,000 off when bought with an eligible BRAVIA television. However, its linked combo conditions still give a validity period ending 31 October 2025. That dated wording does not establish a current 2026 entitlement. For this report, ₹23,990 remains the soundbar’s standalone price.

Anyone planning to combine the two purchases should obtain current applicable terms before counting the extra saving; the campaign banner alone does not resolve the discrepancy.

Bank cashback is another separate layer. Sony’s festive document limits eligible cashback transactions to one per card, excludes corporate cards and Amazon Pay credit cards, and says a purchase cannot be split across cards.

Instant cashback is adjusted on the invoice, while deferred cashback can arrive 90 days after the offer period ends. The cashback amount printed on the charge slip is final; buyers should retain the slip. Those conditions are why the prices above do not subtract an assumed card benefit.
