District Meet at Vimarsh Urges Varanasi Youth Into VBYLD 2027 Quiz and Six Tracks

My Bharat’s District Advisory Committee met at Vimarsh Auditorium inside Sunbeam School, Varanasi, on Saturday, 12 September 2026, to push local institutions toward the Vikas Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2027 quiz and its six accompanying tracks. Additional District Magistrate (Protocol) Vinay Kumar Singh chaired the sitting.
Deputy Director, My Bharat Varanasi, Vikas Singh presented the stages of VBYLD 2027, the quiz format, the selection path and the track structure. Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith programme coordinator Rahul guided attending institutions on My Bharat portal registration and the use of referral codes. The meeting stayed inside a civic youth-administration frame.
The quiz is open to participants aged 15 to 29. The window runs from 17 August to 30 September 2026. Each attempt carries 20 questions to be answered in 10 minutes. Those three numbers — age band, date window, and 20-in-10 format — are the operational gates institutions must explain to students before the September close.
ADM Vinay Kumar Singh appealed to institution heads for maximum Varanasi participation. The six tracks briefed alongside the quiz were the Viksit Bharat Challenge, the Cultural Track, Design for Bharat, Hack for Social Cause, the Youth Entrepreneurs Challenge and Youth Parliament. Deputy Director Vikas Singh thanked attendees and asked youth to join VBYLD 2027 as part of the longer Viksit Bharat 2047 arc.
A district advisory meet is not a selection result. It is the local push that puts portal links, referral codes and track choices in front of schools and colleges before a national quiz window shuts. Naming Sunbeam’s Vimarsh Auditorium fixes the venue. Naming the ADM, the My Bharat deputy director and the MGKVP coordinator fixes the official chain in the room.
Portal registration with referral codes is the practical bottleneck for many institutions. Rahul’s guidance on that step is therefore as central to Saturday’s file as the track list itself. Without a completed My Bharat registration, a student cannot enter the quiz lane that feeds VBYLD selection talk. Institution heads who left the auditorium without a working referral workflow will struggle to convert the ADM’s appeal into actual attempts before 30 September.
The age band 15–29 pulls both senior-school and early-career youth into the same window. Twenty questions in ten minutes is a short, timed format rather than a day-long written exam. The six tracks then branch that same cohort into challenge, culture, design, social-hack, entrepreneurship and parliament lanes. Institutions that want volume from Varanasi will need lab slots and teacher proctoring before the window closes, not after.
This desk records the Saturday stamp without inventing enrolment counts or winner lists. ADM chair, deputy director’s VBYLD brief, MGKVP portal guidance, quiz dates and format, six named tracks, and the appeal for maximum district participation are the locked lines. Whether Varanasi’s numbers rise before the window closes will show up on the portal — not in this article.Sources and reporting
