Mirzapur’s Maa Vindhyavasini Temple Records ₹51 Lakh in Devotee Offerings

MIRZAPUR: A massive counting exercise was undertaken at the renowned Maa Vindhyavasini Dham in Mirzapur, revealing a significant collection from the devotees' offerings.
The Counting Process: Under strict security and administrative supervision, the temple authorities opened 27 donation boxes (Danpatras) placed within the temple premises. The counting process, which lasted for several hours, concluded with a total of approximately ₹51 lakhs.
Officials stated that the amount reflects the offerings made by thousands of devotees who visit the Shaktipeeth to seek blessings. The counted currency included notes of various denominations and coins. The funds will be deposited into the temple trust's account for maintenance and development activities.
