LPG Ship America Se Aur Petrol-Diesel Russia Se: Energy Crisis Ke Beech India Ko Double Good News

Amid the ongoing global energy tensions linked to conflicts in West Asia, India has received a major boost to its fuel supply with shipments arriving from both the United States and Russia.
A cargo vessel carrying Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from the US recently arrived at New Mangalore Port. The tanker delivered around 16,700 tonnes of LPG, which will help strengthen domestic cooking gas supply at a time when shortages have been reported in several parts of the country.
At the same time, another oil tanker named MT Aqua Titan reached the Indian coast carrying nearly 96,000 tonnes of crude oil from Russia. The cargo will be processed at Indian refineries to produce petrol and diesel, helping stabilise fuel availability in the country.
These arrivals come as global energy supply chains remain under pressure due to geopolitical tensions and disruptions in traditional supply routes. India has been diversifying its energy imports by sourcing fuel from multiple countries to ensure stable supply for domestic consumption.
Officials say the arrival of these shipments is a positive development for India’s energy security, especially at a time when LPG shortages and rising oil prices have created concerns among consumers.
