GURUGRAM: The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has adjourned 64 matters listed for Thursday, November 5, 2026, in Court No. 1, according to an official cause list created on Friday, October 30. The revised schedule affects buyers and other parties in projects including Ansal Hub 83 Boulevard, Sapphire 84 and TARC Maceo in Sector 91. Most of the listed matters now have hearing dates in January 2027.
The ten page document gives a replacement date against each entry and cites administrative exigencies for the adjournment. Parties should check their complaint or miscellaneous application number in the official November 5 cause list before arranging a visit to the authority at the New PWD Rest House in Civil Lines. The original sitting is shown at 11 am IST.
How the November 5 cases have been rescheduled
Entries 1 to 26 in the arguments section carry January 7, 2027, as their next hearing date. This group includes matters relating to Ansal Hub 83 Boulevard, Enigma, Sapphire 84, Maceo, Assotech Blith, ATS Marigold and Smartworld Gems. Other project names in this part of the list include Park Spacio, DLF Corporate Greens, Elan Town Centre and Elan Epic.
The Maceo entry is complaint CR/6300/2025, brought by residents of Tower D of the Sector 91 society against Anant Raj Limited. Its replacement date is January 7. The listing records the parties and the next hearing; it does not decide the underlying dispute or establish any allegation against the respondent.
Entries 27 to 59 have been moved to January 14, 2027. Projects in this group include Precision Soho Tower, Supertech Hues, M3M Capital, Hero Homes, Ashiana Mulberry Phase I, Westerlies Phase 1 and Waterfall Residences. A buyer should use the individual case number to identify the relevant row, because a project can appear in more than one matter.
- November 5 arguments, entries 1 to 26: January 7, 2027.
- November 5 arguments, entries 27 to 59: January 14, 2027.
- Miscellaneous applications, entries 60 and 61: November 19, 2026.
- Miscellaneous applications, entries 62 to 64: November 26, 2026.
The five miscellaneous applications therefore follow a different timetable from the arguments section. The November 19 entries concern 63 Golf Drive and Olive Spire. The November 26 entries concern AIPL Autograph, Centra One and ROF Aalayas Phase II. Applying the January dates to every matter in the document would give these parties the wrong schedule.
Separate lists carry separate replacement dates
The authority has also posted an adjourned November 6 Court No. 1 cause list. That document assigns dates including November 27 and December 18, 2026. For example, the opening arguments entries relating to Signature Global City 81 and Signum Plaza 37D show November 27. A miscellaneous application relating to Mahira Homes 104 shows December 18.
A separate November 3 execution list moves three petitions to March 29, 2027. Those entries name Imperia Structures Limited, Vatika Limited and Advance India Projects Limited as respondents. This is an execution schedule, so it should not be confused with the arguments and miscellaneous application dates in the November 5 document.
What parties should check before travelling
Read the date at the top of the PDF, the court number, the proceeding type and the replacement date in the right hand column. The authority's Gurugram public page carries several cause lists at the same time. These documents support changes to the listed proceedings; they do not establish that every bench or the entire office is closed on those days.
For earlier local context, readers can consult the site's reports on HRERA project objection windows, project registration notices and district action over HRERA recovery dues. Those concern separate processes and do not replace the case specific dates in the current lists.
