The basic Roverr already includes remote control
The Roverr product page lists a 1200mm sweep, a 35W rating and remote operation. Its specifications give five speeds and a maximum rotational speed of 360rpm. Those details matter because the entry point in this family is already a BLDC fan with a handheld control.
For a household comparing these three versions, the word Smart should therefore not be used as shorthand for getting a remote for the first time. The base product already has one. The useful comparison is the additional lighting and control behaviour described on the other pages, alongside the finishes actually offered.
There is no listed colour surcharge within each version in this collection. That makes the version choice the main price decision. A family specifying several rooms can separate the visual choice of finish from the functional choice of whether each room needs an underlight.
Underlight combines airflow with room lighting
Crompton describes the Underlight model as providing three adjustable light modes. Its description also lists multiple-fan pairing, sleep mode and a memory function. The selected Pristine White specification block gives the same 1200mm sweep and 35W rating as the base Roverr.
The relevant Indian-home context is a room where a ceiling fan and a central light compete for the same visual space. An integrated light changes how that ceiling position is used. It should still be considered alongside the room's existing lighting, rather than assumed to replace every task light needed for reading or work.
Multiple-fan pairing also raises a practical configuration question. A large living area may benefit from controlling fans together; adjoining bedrooms may need independent operation. The feature description establishes that pairing is available, but installation and pairing instructions are needed to decide how a particular home should be configured.
Read Smart as a separate package
The Roverr Smart page lists an underlight as well, and its supplied-components list includes an IoT manual. Shimmer Brown and Pristine White are the finishes shown. The shared 35W rating and 1200mm sweep mean the higher MRP should not automatically be interpreted as a larger fan.
The official description discusses a smart remote, sleep mode and memory. This price list does not assume compatibility with a particular voice assistant, phone platform or home hub. Such compatibility needs a specific statement for the exact unit, rather than an inference from the model name.
Warranty wording also deserves attention. The Smart page contains different motor-warranty durations in its colour-specific information blocks. Rather than flatten those into a family-wide promise, readers should obtain the applicable terms for the chosen finish and keep the invoice and supplied warranty document together.
What the MRP table cannot establish
The three names describe different packages, but they do not by themselves prove a proportionate improvement in cooling. Nor does a rated wattage establish a household's monthly electricity saving. Operating speed, usage and the fan being replaced would be needed for that calculation. This list records the official configurations without converting advertising claims into measured results.
