NEW DELHI: The Ambrane RAAP H100 has different charging ratings across its four sockets. Its C1 and C2 USB-C ports are each listed with a 100W maximum, C3 with 20W and the USB-A port with 18W. The model name therefore does not mean that every socket provides the same output.
| RAAP H100 connection | Published maximum | Official role |
|---|---|---|
| C1, USB-C | 100W | Laptop charging supported |
| C2, USB-C | 100W | Laptop charging supported |
| C3, USB-C | 20W | Lower-output USB-C connection |
| A1, USB-A | 18W | USB-A charging connection |
Read the port label before moving a cable
The product specification and the model's own user manual agree on those ratings. They identify laptop charging through C1 and C2. Moving a laptop's cable to C3 preserves the connector shape but changes the published power ceiling. A USB-C plug fitting into a socket is not evidence that the socket has the same role.
For a shared work desk, that is the useful detail to remember. A laptop cable left in a particular position can later be moved while someone plugs in a phone. When the laptop is reconnected, checking the printed port label is more informative than checking only the large wattage printed on the charger's packaging.
The RAAP H100 combines USB-A with USB-C, so it also accommodates different cable ends without making them equivalent. The older connector has its own rating in the table. Keeping the connections separate avoids assigning the laptop-port specification to an accessory attached elsewhere.
Individual ratings do not settle every combination
The manual includes a separate diagram for port combinations and maximum power distribution. That distinction matters: the figures above are the published ratings for the named connections. They should not be added together to describe a confirmed combined output, or used to promise that all occupied sockets retain their individual peaks.
This report does not assign numerical output shares to simultaneous-use combinations. A full desk setup needs the combination diagram for its exact arrangement. The text specifications establish which ports have the higher individual rating, but they are not a substitute for the separate distribution chart.
Our Ambrane Stellar 20K price: Rs 2,199 for the Orange variant explains the protocol terminology. The distinction here is more specific: the same RAAP H100 body contains USB-C sockets with different published limits, so the connection chosen matters before any wider brand comparison begins.
A cable is part of the laptop setup
Ambrane's manual calls for a suitable USB-C to USB-C cable that supports laptop charging. It lists the charger and rating card in the package contents. A reader should therefore check the cable already available rather than infer that the box supplies the full laptop charging setup.
The manual describes a detachable plug for travel and says Indian pins are fitted by default. Its electrical specification lists AC input from 110V to 240V at 50/60Hz. Plug shape and the published input range answer separate questions; changing the detachable piece does not change the output rating assigned to C3.
The RAAP H100 is specified at 200g, with dimensions of 6.3 by 6.3 by 3.05cm. Those concrete measurements are more useful for understanding the adapter's place in a laptop bag than a general description of it as compact. The detachable plug and the charging cables still need to be kept together in the intended setup.
Separate the wall adapter from portable backup
This is a mains-powered charger. Our Ambrane Stylo N20 vs N10 price: N10 starts lower at Rs 1,299 covers a portable battery, while the Ambrane AerosynQ 4 price: Rs 2,299 for the Grey finish addresses another battery-pack pair. Their stored-capacity figures do not describe what the RAAP H100 does at a wall socket.
The manual instructs owners to use the adapter indoors and discontinue use if it shows visible damage or unusual behaviour. For everyday identification, retain the model record and refer to its own port map. The useful takeaway is the hierarchy within this particular charger: the laptop-designated connections, the lower-rated USB-C connection and the USB-A connection each have their own stated limit.
