NEW DELHI: Ambrane's seven listed multi-device cable models have verified product-page prices from Rs 199 to Rs 499. The Trio S10 occupies the lower end, while ACDCS-12 and the selected Silver AC4CL-15 each display Rs 499. Their connector combinations differ, so the number of functions in a product name does not describe the same capability across the range.

The two Trio cables serve different desk habits

Trio S10 combines a phone-support design with Micro USB, USB-C and Lightning connections. Its page lists a cable length of 1.25m, with up to 15W through Type-C or Micro USB and up to 12W through Lightning. The stand function distinguishes this from a loose spare lead kept in a travel pouch.

Trio-11 also covers those three device-side connector types and has a 1.25m lead. Ambrane lists its charging capability as 2.1A. This is a current rating, so this report does not convert it into a wattage without a corresponding voltage. Similar connector counts therefore should not be read as identical charging specifications.

A family desk containing a newer phone, an older accessory and a Lightning device illustrates why these products exist. The relevant task is identifying the socket on each gadget. A cable with more ends may reduce the assortment kept nearby, but it still needs the right input connection at the power source.

ABDC-10 omits Lightning; HEXA expands the combinations

ABDC-10 is a 1m Micro USB and Type-C cable with an advertised 3A charging rating. Lightning is absent from its named combination. That makes it a different kind of accessory from either Trio, even before considering length or price. Its product description identifies a braided construction.

HEXA-15 has USB-A and USB-C input options paired with Lightning, Micro USB and USB-C outputs. Its 1.5m length is listed on the page. Ambrane specifies up to 60W through Type-C, 20W through Micro USB and 12W through Lightning. The largest figure cannot be carried across to every connector.

This distinction is particularly useful when the same pouch contains a laptop and small accessories. The HEXA name describes combinations of input and output ends. It should not be interpreted as a statement that every attached device receives the cable's maximum rating, or that every connector has the same role.

The four-way models need their model codes

ACQCS-12 lists four charging paths: USB-A to Lightning at 12W, USB-C to Lightning at 20W, USB-A to USB-C at 30W and USB-C to USB-C at 60W. Its page identifies a 1.5m braided cable. Keeping that model code alongside the marketing name avoids confusing it with the other four-way listing.

AC4CL-15 also offers USB-A and USB-C input combinations with USB-C and Lightning. Its product page lists up to 60W over USB-C to USB-C. The selected Silver version displays Rs 499, although the collection card showed a different figure. The product page is the basis for the table above, rather than treating the collection card as a second confirmed variant price.

ACDCS-12 takes a narrower approach with USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to Lightning connections. Ambrane specifies up to 60W for the former and 20W for the latter, with a 1.2m braided lead. It removes Micro USB from the combination, which matters for anyone still charging an older accessory.

Read the adapter and cable together

The site's Ambrane Charge X33 vs i45 price: i45 starts lower at Rs 1,099 provides related context on charging protocols. Its Ambrane Stellar 20K price: Rs 2,199 for the Orange variant and Ambrane Stylo N20 vs N10 price: N10 starts lower at Rs 1,299 cover the adapter side of the connection. Here, the meaningful differences are the actual connector paths, their individual ratings and the length, rather than a universal promise of faster charging.
