Varanasi: The administration of the renowned Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi has issued an important advisory for devotees planning to visit the shrine for darshan. Temple authorities have urged pilgrims to remain cautious and avoid falling into the trap of middlemen or unauthorized agents who claim to provide quick access or special arrangements for darshan.

According to the temple management, devotees should rely only on official arrangements provided by the temple administration. Officials clarified that even in special situations, there is no need to depend on any “dalal” or informal channels for entry into the temple.

Devotees seeking assistance or facing difficulties are advised to directly contact the temple office or use the official communication channels and help desks available at the premises. Authorities emphasized that these verified systems are designed to ensure transparency and convenience for pilgrims.

For general darshan, visitors are encouraged to follow the designated queue system and cooperate with temple staff and security personnel. The administration has assured that all necessary facilities are being provided with sensitivity and dedication so that devotees can complete their spiritual journey without inconvenience.

In a recent instance, a couple observing the traditional “Kashi Vaas” for nine months and nine days experienced difficulty managing their daily darshan through regular ticketing procedures. After they approached the temple authorities, arrangements were made through official processes to facilitate their routine worship. The case highlights that genuine requests are addressed through proper channels when brought to the attention of the administration.

Temple officials have once again appealed to devotees visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple to stay alert, follow official guidelines, and avoid unauthorized shortcuts that may disrupt the sanctity of their pilgrimage in Kashi.
