NEW DELHI: OnePlus 12 has published India MRPs of Rs 64,999 for 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and Rs 69,999 for 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, according to the company's specifications page. Both figures include taxes. These are the official reference prices displayed for the model, rather than a claim that a fresh price cut or launch has taken place.
| OnePlus 12 configuration | Official India MRP | Difference from base |
|---|---|---|
| 12GB RAM + 256GB storage | Rs 64,999 | Base configuration |
| 16GB RAM + 512GB storage | Rs 69,999 | Rs 5,000 |
Price as of 30 October 2026, 00:38 IST. The specifications page labels these amounts as MRP. A published MRP establishes the manufacturer's reference figure; it does not establish today's checkout total or the availability of a particular colour.
What the Rs 5,000 difference changes
The step up adds memory and doubles the stated storage capacity. That distinction matters when comparing listings: a cheaper-looking OnePlus 12 should first be matched to its RAM and storage combination before any difference is described as a discount. The model name alone does not identify the configuration.
For someone keeping large camera files locally, storage is the more tangible distinction. A phone used mainly for messaging and streamed media has a different storage workload from one used to carry a local photo archive. Neither use case changes the camera hardware into a different system simply because the storage tier changes.
The page identifies Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage. The important point in this price table is that both configurations sit within the same hardware family. There is no separate processor tier in the two published configurations.
A camera system with distinct jobs
OnePlus specifies a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main camera, a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom and a 48MP ultra-wide camera. Those roles are more useful to understand than treating the largest megapixel number as the camera's overall quality rating.
A family function illustrates the distinction. A wider view can fit people into a cramped room, while a telephoto view can frame someone across that room without moving into the scene. That is a practical reason to look at the complete camera arrangement when reading the OnePlus 12 price table.
These specifications describe the equipment, not the result of a camera test. Lighting, movement and framing still affect the final photograph. The existence of a dedicated telephoto camera also should not be read as a promise that every level of digital zoom delivers optical detail.
Charging needs its own budget check
The overview lists a 5,400mAh battery, 100W SUPERVOOC wired charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. The two charging figures describe different ways of supplying power. A wireless charging claim is not evidence that a wireless charging stand is bundled with the handset.
For a desk-based user, wireless charging is mainly a question of where the phone rests between calls. For a traveller, the relevant question is which adapter and cable are actually being carried. That makes the charging setup a separate practical consideration from the extra storage in the higher-priced variant.
The overview also describes a 120Hz ProXDR display with LTPO. A high refresh ceiling is a display capability, not a promise that every application or video runs at that rate. Keep the reference price and purchase terms separate
Price comparisons should keep the handset, configuration and payment conditions aligned. Our OnePlus 11 5G price list: Rs 56,999 to Rs 64,999 covers why a payment condition deserves its own check. It is a separate story about another model, not evidence of a discount on this one.
After-sales terms are another independent part of ownership. Our OnePlus Diwali sale from 8 October: 15R from Rs 54,999, but check the base price offers a comparison of how another manufacturer presents cover; the applicable OnePlus terms must be checked with OnePlus itself.
