Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, has notified Phase-II web options for MBBS admissions 2026-27 under management and related quota seats. The window runs from 6:00 pm on 2 October 2026 to 10:00 am on 5 October 2026 on the university admissions login.

The Phase-II exercise covers Competent Authority (self-financing) and Competent Authority (NRI category) seats in new government medical colleges permitted from 2023-24 onwards; Management Quota Category-B1, B2 and Category-C (NRI) seats in private unaided non-minority and minority medical and dental colleges affiliated to the university; and NRI category seats at Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women under SVIMS, Tirupati.

Only candidates whose names appear in the provisional final merit position displayed on 2 October 2026 (updated) on the university website may exercise options, and only against the seat matrix shown online. The notification continues earlier notices dated 1 September, 13 September and 30 September 2026.

Candidates should use the Phase-II web options PDF and the login at apuhs-ugadmissions.aptonline.in. Options saved on unofficial mirrors do not count.

Fees after allotment

Allottees download the allotment order after paying the university fee online and then report to the allotted college with originals before the date printed on the order. University fee is Rs 35,100 for Competent Authority (self-financing) seats in new government colleges and for Category-B1 and B2 seats in private colleges. It rises to Rs 70,100 for Competent Authority (NRI) seats in new government colleges and for Category-C (NRI) seats, including SVIMS Women.

Candidates already allotted in Phase-I under management quota who paid the university fee need not pay again if Phase-II only changes the seat. They must still download the fresh allotment order and report at the new college with the custodian certificate issued by the earlier college under Dr. NTR UHS.

Tuition for the seven new government medical colleges listed in the notice (Eluru, Machilipatnam, Nandyal, Rajahmundry, Vizianagaram, Paderu and Piduguralla) is shown as Rs 12 lakh a year for Competent Authority (self-financing) seats and Rs 20 lakh a year for Competent Authority (NRI) seats, subject to government orders and pending writ petitions noted in the PDF. Private college tuition follows the interim fee fixed for 2026-27 as stated in the same notification.

Bank charges on the payment gateway are extra. Failed university-fee transactions that never credit the university leave you without a valid allotment order even if money left your account, so keep gateway references and raise a ticket with the helpline numbers in the notice if the receipt does not appear.

How this fits the wider medical calendar

Phase-II is the last structured web-options window described in this notice for these management lines. Missing the 10:00 am cut-off on 5 October leaves no further exercise under the PDF. Keep NEET UG credentials, category papers and NRI documents where claimed scanned and ready before login, and take a printout of saved options after OTP confirmation.

National AIQ movers should also track Dalimss reporting on the MCC NEET UG Round 3 final allotment and reporting, which runs on a separate MCC calendar. Andhra management quota seats are not filled through that AIQ portal, and an MCC join can affect state eligibility under rules printed elsewhere by the university.

After web options close, watch drntr.uhsap.in for allotment status, then pay the university fee only through the official gateway named in the notice. Informal fee collections outside that gateway are not part of the university process described here. Families comparing state nursing timelines can also see Dalimss coverage of KNRUHS B.Sc Nursing CQ registration till 5 October, a Telangana process that does not open Andhra MBBS management seats.

Print the seat matrix page you used while saving options and store it with your OTP confirmation. If a later grievance window opens, that pair of documents shows which matrix version guided your Phase-II choices.
