NEW DELHI: Motorola lists the Razr 60 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage at Rs 49,999, and the Razr 60 Ultra with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage at Rs 79,999 in India. The selected Lightest Sky and Rio Red product pages showed out-of-stock messages during the check, so these are listed prices rather than a claim of immediate availability.

Listed prices need an availability qualification

The Razr family catalogue carries both prices, and the individual product pages displayed them as well. The availability messages on the selected colours are a separate part of the listing. A price remaining visible online does not establish that the corresponding phone can be ordered for delivery.

This comparison concerns the standard Lightest Sky Razr 60 and the Rio Red Razr 60 Ultra entries checked. The Razr 60 selector also contains a Swarovski colour option, but no separate price for that edition is being asserted here. Exchange estimates have not been deducted from either amount.

The memory configurations are different

The Ultra listing carries more RAM and storage than the standard Razr 60 entry. The prices therefore compare the named configurations, rather than equivalent memory capacities. That difference needs to remain visible when the phones are discussed alongside their processors and cameras.

Motorola specifies LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage for the Razr 60. The Ultra sheet lists LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Its Snapdragon 8 Elite is also a different platform from the Dimensity 7400X used in the standard model.

Two screens on each phone, with different specifications

The external displays let the phones present information while folded. The Ultra has the larger external panel and lists refresh rates up to 165Hz there, whereas the Razr 60 external display is specified up to 90Hz. These figures apply to the outer screens, not just the foldable panels inside.

For the main screen, Motorola lists a 6.9-inch panel on the Razr 60 and a 6.96-inch panel on the Ultra's technical sheet. The latter is rounded to 7.0 inches in its marketing description. This article uses the detailed specification when distinguishing the display dimensions.

The main display resolution is 2640 x 1080 on the Razr 60 and 2992 x 1224 on the Ultra. Both use foldable AMOLED technology. A higher maximum refresh rate remains a display capability, not a guarantee that every app or video is produced at that rate.

Battery and charging have several separate numbers

The Ultra lists the larger battery and higher wired and wireless charging ratings. The standard Razr 60 box contains a 33W adapter even though the phone's wired charging specification is 30W. The Ultra box lists a 68W adapter, matching its stated wired rating.

Those adapter and handset figures should remain separate. Neither gives a universal full-charge time under all conditions, and wireless support also depends on compatible charging equipment. The official box lists identify the supplied cables and adapters, without listing a wireless charging pad.

The camera changes extend beyond the main sensor

Both models have a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation. The Razr 60 adds a 13MP ultrawide and macro camera, while the Ultra uses a 50MP ultrawide and macro unit. The front-camera resolutions also differ, as shown in the table.

Motorola describes camera functions designed around the folding format, including external-display previews and camcorder-style use. Those functions explain part of the form factor's appeal, but a specification comparison cannot establish how dependable either hinge or camera will be across an individual owner's use.

Shared support terms, different physical details

Both product sheets list IP48 protection, Android 15 as the specified software and a commitment described as three OS upgrades with four years of security maintenance. These are published product terms, not a statement that all units remain on their original software today.

The standard model weighs 188g and the Ultra 199g. Motorola lists a physical SIM plus eSIM arrangement for the Razr 60 and dual physical SIMs for the Ultra. The current comparison is therefore about specific Indian configurations, with availability remaining qualified by the stock messages on the pages checked.
