The Medical Counselling Committee has given NEET PG candidates until 11:30 am on October 24 to report discrepancies in its provisional round-one result. Its October 23 notice directs candidates to the Candidates Grievances And Query Redressal System inside the candidate login portal, rather than asking them to approach an allotted college immediately.
The result is indicative and can change. MCC says candidates should approach their allotted college or institute only after the final result is declared. A place shown in this provisional list should therefore not be treated as a confirmed admission. The notice concerns PG 2026 round one, not the separate undergraduate and university admission exercises below.
IPU undergraduate AYUSH windows open at noon
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has separately announced BHMS round three and BAMS round two for NEET UG 2026-qualified applicants. Both October 23 notices schedule fresh registration and corrections from noon on October 24 until 11 pm on October 27. Choice filling has a later closing time, 11:59 pm on October 27. Results are tentatively due on October 28.
Fresh registrants must pay Rs 2,500 and upload the required documents, including their NEET scorecard. Choice filling is compulsory, so registration alone does not secure consideration for allotment. Candidates should save their preferences and retain a printout. Both notices restrict the 85% Delhi state-quota seats to candidates who studied Class 12 at a school or college in Delhi.
The exclusions differ by round: the BHMS notice excludes candidates who withdrew their round-two seat, while BAMS excludes those who withdrew from round one. Applicants must read the complete participation conditions for their own course. Post-result procedures will be announced separately.
A different October 23 IPU notice reopens online applications for postgraduate Ayurveda, programme code 196, and postgraduate homeopathy, code 700. That window began at 4 pm on October 23 and closes at 11:59 pm on October 26. It is an application reopening, not a declaration of seat allotment. The brief notice supplies no new fee or counselling timetable.
Paediatrics uses physical applications
IPU’s October 22 notification invites physical applications for four MD Paediatrics state or institutional-quota seats at Chacha Nehru Bal Chikitsalaya. Eligibility is limited to MBBS graduates of IPU-affiliated medical colleges who qualify NEET PG 2026. The listed seats comprise two unreserved, one OBC and one SC position.
Applications go to the university’s Facilitation Centre in Sector 16C, Dwarka, by 4 pm on October 28. Required enclosures include the rank card, MBBS degree, internship certificate, permanent medical-registration proof and applicable category certificate. A non-refundable Rs 2,500 demand draft must favour the Registrar, GGSIPU, payable at New Delhi. Applicants must also provide a self-attested Class 10 marksheet as proof of date of birth. The notice advises applicants to obtain a receipt.
The applicant list is scheduled for October 29, with observations accepted until noon on October 30. First counselling is tentatively November 2; detailed instructions are due October 29. The notice’s opening date is numerically October 23, but its accompanying weekday is inconsistent. This report does not treat that mismatch as officially corrected.
Nursing has its own deadlines
The university’s October 21 nursing stray-round notice sets October 27 at 11 am as the registration or enrolment deadline and noon as the choice-filling deadline. Results are scheduled after 2 pm that day. It provides separate instructions for NEET UG and CET-qualified candidates; rules from the MBBS or AYUSH rounds should not be substituted.
NEET applicants who already paid the Rs 2,500 application fee must pay a further non-refundable Rs 500 participation fee. Fresh NEET applicants must pay both. Christian-minority applicants must upload baptism and confirmation certificates plus a pastor’s or priest’s church-membership letter with dates, combined in one PDF. Allotted candidates face a Rs 60,000 part-academic-fee deadline of 2 pm on October 29, followed by document verification. Class 12 and valid category documents are required; compartment cases are excluded.
The October 30 reporting row contains conflicting timings: 10 am to 6 pm and an instruction to report by 2 pm. Applicants should obtain official clarification before relying on a closing time. This unresolved inconsistency is not a fresh extension.
