NEW DELHI: The Mahindra Bolero costs Rs 8,56,999 to Rs 9,98,999 ex-showroom in India, according to Mahindra's price list for the SUV. The B4 starts the range, followed by the B6 at Rs 9,37,000, the B6 (O) at Rs 9,69,000 and the top B8 at Rs 9,98,999. Every version is a 7-seat diesel manual, and there is no petrol or automatic option. Price as of 23 October 2026, 1:05 AM IST, on Mahindra's Bolero page.
That puts the Bolero just below the Bolero Neo, which Mahindra lists from Rs 9.06 lakh to Rs 10.85 lakh, and well below the Bolero Neo Plus at Rs 11.46 lakh to Rs 13.56 lakh. Mahindra's note on the page says prices at the time of delivery will prevail.

All four use the same engine, Mahindra's 1.5-litre mHawk75 diesel rated at 55.9 kW and 210 Nm, and all come with a manual gearbox. Mahindra describes the seating as 5+2, with seven seats in total.
What the top B8 adds
Mahindra's own answers on the Bolero page list the B8's top features: R15 diamond-cut alloy wheels, leatherette upholstery, a 17.8 cm touchscreen infotainment system, a USB Type-C charging port, Mahindra's RideFlo ride and handling tech, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors and a digital cluster. The page also mentions steering-mounted audio controls among the Bolero's tech features.
The company describes the range as going from rugged essentials on the lower variants to these upgrades on the top end, but its public page does not break down every feature by variant. Buyers choosing between the B6 and B6 (O) should ask the dealer for the full variant sheet or download the brochure from the same page before paying the Rs 32,000 difference.
Colours
The Bolero comes in four colours: Stealth Black, Diamond White, DSAT Silver and Rocky Beige, according to Mahindra. The page does not show a price difference between colours. Mahindra's disclaimer adds that colour and appearance on screen may differ from the actual vehicle, and advises checking the car at a dealership.
Where the Bolero sits in Mahindra's range
Mahindra's own SUV menu shows how low the Bolero sits. The XUV 3XO starts at Rs 7.79 lakh, the Thar OG at Rs 10.32 lakh, the Thar Roxx at Rs 12.52 lakh, the Scorpio Classic at Rs 13.43 lakh, the Scorpio-N at Rs 13.69 lakh and the XUV 7XO at Rs 13.99 lakh. Only the XUV 3XO starts lower than the Bolero, and that is a five-seater. Among Mahindra's seven-seaters, nothing costs less than the Bolero B4.
Bolero or Bolero Neo?
The two names sit side by side on Mahindra's SUV list, and the price bands overlap. The top Bolero B8 at Rs 9,98,999 costs more than the cheapest Bolero Neo, which starts at Rs 9.06 lakh. A buyer with about Rs 10 lakh to spend can pick either a fully loaded Bolero or an entry Bolero Neo.
The Bolero is the older, boxier design, and it stays the cheapest way into a Mahindra 7-seater, below the Rs 9.06 lakh starting price of the Bolero Neo and the Rs 11.46 lakh starting price of the nine-seat Bolero Neo Plus. The Neo range is covered in our Bolero Neo price list, and our Scorpio Classic and Bolero Neo Plus prices report covers the next step up.
On-road prices will add registration, insurance and other charges that vary by state and city, so ask for an itemised quote on the variant you want. Mahindra's full Bolero price list is on its official Bolero page, and test drives can be booked at any authorised Mahindra dealership.
