VARANASI: The Mahindra Bolero Neo is priced from Rs 9,06,000 to Rs 10,85,000 (ex-showroom) across five variants, according to Mahindra's official Bolero Neo page. Price as of 19 October 2026, 12:45 AM IST. Every version is a seven-seat diesel with a five-speed manual gearbox. There is no petrol and no automatic.

That keeps the Bolero Neo one of the simplest choices in Mahindra's SUV range. The only real decision is the trim, and the full spread from the cheapest to the dearest version is Rs 1,79,000.

Bolero Neo price list, variant by variant

N4: Rs 9,06,000. This is the entry version.

N8: Rs 9,69,000, which is Rs 63,000 more than the N4.

N10 (R): Rs 9,99,898, just under Rs 10 lakh.

N11: Rs 10,39,000.

N10 OPT: Rs 10,85,000, the most expensive version in the list.

The steps between trims are uneven. The N8 adds Rs 63,000 over the N4, the N10 (R) adds Rs 30,898 over the N8, the N11 adds Rs 39,102 over the N10 (R), and the N10 OPT adds Rs 46,000 over the N11.

Mahindra's page says prices at the time of delivery will prevail. Insurance, registration and road tax are extra, so the on-road price in your city will be higher.

Engine and seating

All five versions use the mHawk100, a 1,493 cc BS VI diesel engine. Mahindra lists it at 73.5 kW and 260 Nm, paired with a five-speed manual. The page lists the wheelbase at 2,680 mm and a 0 to 100 km/h time of 14.5 seconds, and there is an Eco drive mode.

The suspension uses double wishbones with coil springs at the front and a multi-link setup with coil springs at the rear. Mahindra's page also confirms that the Bolero Neo does not have ADAS driver assistance features, so buyers who want lane or braking assistance will have to look elsewhere.

The seven seats are arranged as five plus two, with the second and third rows folding to make room for luggage.

Safety and features

Mahindra lists dual airbags, ABS with EBD, a high-strength steel body, ISOFIX child seat mounts, corner braking control and reverse parking assist with a camera among the safety highlights.

The N11 variant, which Mahindra picks out in its FAQ, adds R16 alloy wheels, a Lunar Grey interior theme, leatherette seats, a 22.8 cm infotainment screen with a rear-view camera, cruise control, USB Type-C charging and what Mahindra calls RideFlo tech for ride and handling. At Rs 10,39,000, it costs Rs 1,33,000 more than the N4.

Which Bolero Neo to buy

If you need a rugged seven-seater on a tight budget, the N4 at Rs 9,06,000 is the starting point. Buyers who want the infotainment screen, cruise control and alloy wheels should look at the N11 first, and ask the dealer which of those features the N8 and N10 (R) also carry, because the official page does not set out a full equipment list for each version. Mahindra's page data says a four-speaker audio system comes on the N8 and N10 versions, and LED daytime running lights on the N10 versions.

The N10 OPT sits at the top at Rs 10,85,000, Rs 46,000 above the N11. Ask the dealer what the extra money buys before you book. Mahindra's FAQ points buyers to its dealer locator for a test drive, and to an online enquiry form for questions about a specific version. Take the test drive with a full load of passengers if you plan to use all seven seats often.

How it compares with Mahindra's other SUVs

For a similar budget, Mahindra's XUV 3XO offers petrol, diesel and CNG options, which we covered in our report on XUV 3XO ZNG CNG prices and bookings. Buyers who want a smaller petrol SUV with an automatic option can compare our Hyundai Exter price report. The Bolero Neo is the only one of these that seats seven.

Mahindra's Bolero Neo page has a compare tool that lets you set two variants side by side, which is the quickest way to see what each step up adds.
