LG's India television warranty campaign covers purchases from 1 October to 15 November 2026. Three-year eligibility depends on the exact model and seller channel.
The active offer is listed on LG's TV warranty information page. That page asks owners to locate the purchase invoice, select the purchase year and month, and download the applicable card. It retains earlier promotional cards too, so an old screenshot cannot establish the terms for a television bought this month. The archive includes separate two-year and three-year cards for September purchases. With several cards for nearby dates, the invoice date is a necessary part of the check.
Where the three-year offer applies
The current warranty card lists selected OLED, MRGB, QNED, NanoCell, Nano 4K, UHD and FHD/HD models at authorised offline retailers and LG's own store. On Amazon and Flipkart, only selected OLEDs qualify; other LG TVs receive one year.
The additional two years cover functional parts, with engineer-visit and service charges payable. The benefit is confined to the first purchaser and cannot be transferred. Claims require the original dealer invoice and extended warranty card.
Exclusions include plastic parts, stand, cables, network problems, image retention and panel breakage. Transport can be chargeable outside service-centre municipal limits. Repair or replacement does not restart the warranty.
Listed OLED examples include OLED55C6PLA.ATR, the 55-inch C6 pictured here, and OLED65B6PLA.ATR. They fall within the OLED subset relevant to the named marketplaces. The wider direct/offline list also includes QNED model 55QNED85BLA.ATR and UHD model 55UA83006LA.ATR. Those non-OLED entries do not gain the same three-year cover when bought through Amazon or Flipkart.
Parts cover does not settle the service bill
LG's separate general service terms explain that charges can include parts and repair work, with transport applying when a product is moved to a workshop. The company says parts charges are communicated before repair and an engineer's charge depends on the repair level. A future visit should therefore be checked for its own applicable charges.
The general terms also distinguish product defects from external internet or signal conditions. That distinction matters for a smart TV: trouble reaching an online service does not, by itself, establish a covered hardware fault. An invoice is needed for in-warranty service. The campaign-specific card governs the extra years, rather than a generic warranty heading elsewhere on the support site.
The warranty benefit is not a reduction in the amount paid for the TV. LG's Diwali purchase terms separately date its promotional period to 1 October through 15 November and restrict offers to selected models. A discount or cashback headline needs its own model and eligibility check; it cannot be converted into a cash saving from this warranty.
Check support and accessories before purchase
LG's TV support buying guide recommends checking authorised service coverage for the buyer's city and matching the warranty card to the model and purchase month. That is useful even when an online listing ships to the address. Delivery availability and the practical arrangements for getting a large screen serviced answer different questions.
The guide also separates software support from hardware warranty. Its webOS Re:New description offers up to four operating-system upgrades over five years on eligible models. That should not be extended to every LG television, or interpreted as five years of free hardware repairs. Buyers need to check the exact model's software entitlement alongside its warranty.
Stand or wall-mount compatibility, the intended HDMI setup and the supplied remote are other model-specific checks in LG's guide. They can affect whether a TV fits an existing installation. A familiar screen size alone is not enough to confirm that the accessories from an older television can be reused.
Readers comparing panel types can use Dalimss News' QLED, Mini LED and OLED guide. Our separate Lumio Arc 7 projector report covers another home-screen option. Neither changes the eligibility of this LG campaign. No live television selling price or stock claim is being made here; the buying detail verified is the active warranty offer and its limits.
