GGSIPU’s October 16 notice schedules paramedical spot counselling (codes 119/124) at Dwarka from October 22.
Only registered candidates who are not admitted can participate. Seats go first to CET candidates, then CUET candidates, irrespective of region or category.
Dates and ranks
CET ranks 1-650 report at 10 am on October 22; ranks 651 onwards at 2 pm. CUET ranks 1-300 are called for October 23 at 10 am, subject to vacancies.
The 2 pm row for CUET ranks 301 onwards prints “23.10.2023”. Candidates should confirm that slot with the university rather than assume a corrected date.
Physical attendance is mandatory, except for medical reasons.
The undergraduate brochure asks candidates to mark their attendance and check the admission slip before leaving. A call to counselling does not guarantee a seat: allocation depends on merit and availability. Candidates should compare the course’s academic requirements with their certificates before travelling.
For BPT/BOT and the BPO/BSc MLT entry, the brochure’s general threshold is 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at Class 12 level, with each subject passed separately and English also passed. Check Chapter 6 for applicable reserved-category qualifying-mark relaxations. BASLP has a different subject combination: Physics and Chemistry with one of Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics or Psychology. It specifies at least 50% in the qualifying examination, with relaxation under applicable rules, and an age ceiling of 25 on July 1 of the admission year.
Part fee and the college bill
Bring a Rs 60,000 demand/bank draft favouring the Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi. The notice says earlier online counselling payments will not be adjusted in this offline round.
The part academic fee has its own earlier clarification. In Notification 182/2026, dated August 14, GGSIPU corrected the amount for paramedical courses and B.Ed Special Education to Rs 60,000 from the Rs 96,000 stated in its preceding Round 1 notice. Applicants consulting an older payment circular should therefore check its date and the subsequent correction. The clarification concerns the part academic fee, rather than a single total charge covering every college and course.
College fees require a separate check. Delhi’s July 14, 2025 fee notification provides annual institutional fee figures for unaided GGSIPU affiliates and an adjustment mechanism for later admission years. It says the 2026-27 figure increases over the 2025-26 figure in line with the government’s annual wholesale price index increase. The listed 2025-26 amount should therefore not be quoted as a confirmed 2026-27 bill.
For example, the gazette’s 2025-26 column lists Rs 95,500 for BPT at Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy, and the same base figure for BPT, BOT and BPO at ISIC Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences. Those are historical base figures for the notification’s calculation, not fresh fee quotations. Candidates need the current college fee notice before budgeting the balance.
Courses and institutions
The university’s October 5 revised intake document maps courses to institutions. It lists BASLP at the Ali Yavar Jung institute’s Noida regional centre; BMLS at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, Holy Family Hospital and Hindu Rao Hospital’s College of Medical Lab Technology; BPT at ISIC and Banarsidas Chandiwala; BOT at ISIC; and BPO at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital.
That document is an intake statement, not a live vacancy list for this spot round. Its subject describes the 2026-27 session, although the numerical column is headed 2025-26. The figures should not be presented as seats currently available on October 22. The course names also use BMLS alongside the earlier BSc MLT designation. Dalimss News has separately explained the allied-health degree naming changes.
An earlier October 5 notice had included Hindu Rao Hospital in the online paramedical process and scheduled Spot Round 2 registration and choice filling for October 6-7. That earlier online round allowed admitted as well as non-admitted candidates. Its upgrade and registration instructions belong to that earlier process. Readers should keep separate rounds apart, including the August spot-round schedule withdrawal previously reported by Dalimss News.
Report immediately to the allotted college with documents and any balance fee.
The brochure distinguishes withdrawal of admission from an application for refund of the balance fee paid to a college; the latter goes to the institution concerned.
