HYDERABAD: The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 with 256GB storage costs Rs 1,14,999 on Reliance Digital, Rs 10,000 less than the Rs 1,24,999 Samsung charges on its own India store. The 512GB model is Rs 1,34,999 at Reliance Digital and Rs 1,44,999 on Samsung.com, also a Rs 10,000 gap. Price as of 20 October 2026, 12:33 AM IST at both stores.
Both storage versions come with 12GB of RAM. At Reliance Digital, the 256GB phone we checked is the Graphite colour, and the 512GB listing is also in Graphite.
Galaxy Z Flip8 price at Reliance Digital and Samsung.com
256GB, 12GB RAM: Rs 1,14,999 at Reliance Digital, Rs 1,24,999 on Samsung.com.
512GB, 12GB RAM: Rs 1,34,999 at Reliance Digital, Rs 1,44,999 on Samsung.com.
The step up from 256GB to 512GB costs Rs 20,000 at both stores, so the retailer saving does not change which storage size makes more sense. That choice depends on how many photos, videos and apps you keep on the phone.
Why the discount percentages do not match
The two stores quote different reference prices. Reliance Digital shows an MRP of Rs 1,54,999 for the 256GB Flip8 and Rs 1,74,999 for the 512GB model. Samsung.com shows a list price of Rs 1,34,999 for 256GB and Rs 1,54,999 for 512GB. Against its own MRP, the Reliance Digital listing looks like a Rs 40,000 cut, but against Samsung's list price the real gap is Rs 10,000. Compare the final selling price, not the percentage off.
Offers Samsung lists on its own store
Samsung's store lists its own festive benefits on the Flip8 page, and these may close some of the gap for some buyers. They include a choice of 24-month low-cost bank EMI, a Rs 5,000 exchange bonus or a Rs 4,000 bank discount, plus an extra Rs 2,000 off under Samsung's First Purchase Benefit and reward points worth up to Rs 2,900 for a later purchase. Samsung also shows up to Rs 1,180 off for buyers who sign in with a work email under its Corporate+ programme, and an 18-month no-cost EMI option.
These are Samsung's terms and depend on your card, your old phone and your account, so they will not apply to every buyer. Reliance Digital loads its bank offers separately, and we have not counted any card discount at either store in the prices above.
For context, the regular Galaxy S26 with 256GB is Rs 89,999 at Reliance Digital tonight, so the Flip8 asks Rs 25,000 more for the folding design at the same storage. On Samsung.com, the gap between the two is Rs 22,000. Samsung puts the total value of its own Flip8 benefits at up to Rs 9,900, though the low-cost EMI, exchange bonus and bank discount are listed as alternatives, so a buyer gets only one of the three.
What the Flip8 offers
Samsung calls the Flip8 its lightest and thinnest Flip yet, at 180 grams and 0.61 cm. It lists a 4,300mAh battery, up to 31 hours of video playback, 2,600 nits of peak brightness and an updated Armor FlexHinge. The cover screen, which Samsung calls FlexWindow, can be customised with wallpapers, widgets and colour schemes.
The phone comes in three standard colours, Pink, Graphite and Cream. A fourth colour, Mint, is sold only on Samsung.com, according to Samsung's FAQ, so if you want that shade the retailer discount does not apply.
Before you buy
Check the colour and storage on the listing and the box before billing, since the price above is tied to the exact version. Ask who handles returns and replacements, and keep the invoice for warranty claims. Foldable screens and hinges are expensive to repair, so read the warranty terms that come with the phone before you pay.
