Dell's India store is listing a ₹5,000 cashback offer on its XPS 13 through 30 October 2026, but the model-specific terms restrict that benefit to ICICI Bank and Axis Bank credit-card EMI transactions. The checked 8GB RAM and 512GB storage configuration is listed at ₹79,990 including taxes before the conditional benefit.

The offer is part of the current October promotion. The checked pages do not establish a new price-cut date or the campaign's original announcement date, so the listing should not be read as a newly announced reduction in the laptop's regular price.

The exact XPS 13 configuration

The ₹79,990 price applies to order code CDX13260CTO02MINO in Sky, price as of 13 October 2026, 5:47 am IST. Dell specifies a Series 3 Intel Core 5 320 processor with six cores, 6MB cache and a maximum clock speed of 4.6GHz for this configuration.

It has 8GB LPDDR5x single-channel memory rated at 7467 MT/s and a 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD. Intel Graphics and Windows 11 Home Single Language are listed. Those specifications belong to the quoted order code and should not be carried across to another XPS variant without checking it separately.

The display is a 13.4-inch touchscreen with a 2.5K resolution, a stated 30Hz to 120Hz refresh-rate range and 500-nit brightness. The product page also lists an English International backlit keyboard. These are manufacturer specifications, rather than independently tested performance or battery-life results.

The official product listing showed a Buy Now option. A delivery check for Varanasi PIN code 221005 returned an estimate of Thursday, 15 October. That location-specific estimate can change with stock and order timing; it does not establish delivery availability in every Indian PIN code.

Why the cashback is conditional

The product's general offer banner mentions both EMI and non-EMI transactions. However, the XPS 13 DX13260 row in Dell's detailed cashback table specifically says ICICI Bank and Axis Bank EMI transactions only. This report uses that narrower model-specific condition and does not promise cashback on a full-payment transaction.

Subtracting the stated ₹5,000 benefit from ₹79,990 gives ₹74,990. That is a conditional arithmetic figure before any applicable EMI-related charges and taxes on those charges, not an unconditional selling price or a verified total repayment amount. The ordinary listed price remains ₹79,990.

The terms say eligible cashback is applied instantly during purchase. Each card customer is limited to one eligible transaction during the offer period. The programme covers selected consumer systems and excludes commercial products such as Dell Pro, Latitude and Optiplex, as well as standalone display monitors. NRE account holders are excluded, and the offer does not apply to internet-banking, corporate-card, debit-card or UPI payments.

Dell also says cancellation makes the cashback ineligible. Its terms allow cashback and a no-cost EMI discount to combine depending on product eligibility, while excluding other offer combinations more generally. That wording is not permission to add unrelated student discounts or every promotional benefit shown elsewhere on the store.

A payment option being displayed is therefore insufficient to establish the final amount for a particular buyer. The selected product, bank and transaction type must match the detailed terms. No assumption about interest charges, processing fees or a final financed cost has been added to the quoted price.

Extras are separately priced

The checked product page lists a first-year accidental-damage service add-on at ₹999. It also offers the Dell Pro 7-in-1 USB-C Travel Hub DA326 at ₹1,999 with the laptop. Both are optional extra costs; neither has been included in the ₹79,990 base price or subtracted as a cash saving.

Under Standard Support, Dell lists hardware assistance and onsite service after remote diagnosis. The page describes that service separately from accidental-damage protection, which is the paid add-on quoted here.

Other XPS configurations and warranty upgrades carry separate prices. The order code is the useful reference when comparing listings, particularly where a store page places several memory options or accessory promotions under the same product-family name.

For separate alternatives, Dalimss News has examined Lenovo Tech Utsav buying conditions and ASUS festive-sale pricing. Each promotion has its own model and payment restrictions; benefits from those offers cannot be applied to this XPS listing.
