Chennai dealer Khivraj Motors is listing Rs 80,000 in consumer support for the Maruti Suzuki Victoris Strong Hybrid under a campaign running from 4 to 20 October 2026. Its offer sheet also carries exchange and loyalty benefits, but the largest printed total depends on meeting several conditions.

This is a dealer-specific Chennai offer, not a national Maruti price cut. The detailed sheet was checked on 13 October 2026 at 06:28 IST and explicitly ends on 20 October. Buyers should use that deadline rather than assume a general October promotion remains valid until the last day of the month.

The hybrid's exchange value depends on the old car

The Khivraj offer sheet lists Victoris Strong Hybrid exchange support of Rs 95,000 for an old car in the zero-to-six-year band, Rs 70,000 for the six-to-ten-year band and Rs 55,000 for a car over ten years old. The age-band wording and applicable vehicle record need to be checked with the dealer.

A Rs 30,000 loyalty-upgrade bonus is shown separately. The sheet says this applies when the exchanged car is a Maruti Suzuki model. Institutional support is listed at up to Rs 15,000. These conditions explain why the printed Rs 2.20 lakh total cannot be treated as an unconditional discount for someone buying without an exchange.

The hybrid also has a Rs 45,000 scrappage alternative. The remarks specify that exchange support and scrappage support cannot both be claimed. A buyer choosing scrappage needs the required certificate from an authorised vehicle-scrapping facility and the dealer's claim process, rather than simply adding Rs 45,000 to an exchange quotation.

Even the Rs 80,000 consumer-offer column needs its accompanying wording. The sheet says it includes a spot offer and retail support. Retail support requires Vahan-backed retail within the 4 to 20 October period, so the amount should be described as conditional campaign support rather than a cash payment without transaction requirements.

Petrol, CNG and smaller cars have different rows

For the listed Victoris LXI/VXI petrol, ZXI petrol and ZXI+ petrol rows, consumer support is Rs 30,000. Exchange support is Rs 75,000, Rs 50,000 or Rs 35,000 across the same age bands. Loyalty support is Rs 20,000, while scrappage is an alternative Rs 25,000. Institutional support is up to Rs 15,000 where eligible.

The Victoris CNG row carries the same Rs 30,000 consumer support and the same exchange and loyalty amounts as those petrol rows. Its scrappage alternative is lower at Rs 20,000, and no institutional amount is shown. Applying the petrol row's Rs 25,000 scrappage figure to CNG would overstate that benefit.

The dealer sheet also covers smaller cars. Listed Celerio petrol manual and AGS variants carry Rs 40,000 consumer support, compared with Rs 20,000 for CNG. Listed WagonR petrol variants show Rs 30,000, while CNG LXI and VXI show Rs 25,000. These are examples from the campaign, not a final on-road price.

For Alto K10, the petrol manual LXI row shows Rs 30,000 consumer support, other listed petrol manual and AGS rows Rs 20,000, and CNG Rs 10,000. Listed Swift petrol versions show Rs 10,000, while Swift CNG has no consumer amount in that column. The smaller-car exchange tiers also differ from Victoris.

Not every Arena model has a saving in this sheet. Dzire petrol, AGS and CNG, both outgoing and new Brezza variants, and Ertiga petrol and CNG show zero total savings. Their inclusion is a reason to check the row, rather than assume the entire dealership range shares one festive discount.

Put the eligible combination on the invoice

The Victoris institutional offer is restricted to a named employer list. It does not apply automatically to all salaried buyers. The dealer should confirm the employer and documents before including that amount in a quotation. Accessory or special-edition packages marked as alternatives are also not amounts to stack on top of the cash-support route.

The remarks require the invoice name to match the Vahan registration and reject support where the vehicle registration date predates the dealer-system invoice. No variant-level stock count or final vehicle price is supplied. Confirm the exact car, qualifying old-vehicle age and invoice timing in writing.

Other current buying coverage from Dalimss News examines Renault's October offer conditions and the Nissan Magnite price range. For this Chennai campaign, the relevant comparison is the itemised amount an eligible buyer can actually claim by 20 October, not the largest total printed on the sheet.
