NEW DELHI: Ambrane's Powerlit Ultra product page lists a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Owners of the 25,000mAh laptop power bank should prepare their invoice, readable serial number and a clear fault video before raising a service case. The company's documents also make correct cable selection important when assessing a complaint about laptop charging.

Identify the power bank and the failed task
Powerlit Ultra is the laptop-oriented model with 100W USB-C input and output, alongside USB-A charging. Its official manual specifies a 100W-capable E-marked USB-C to USB-C cable for laptops. It also says not to charge another device simultaneously while charging a laptop. These instructions are more specific than a general description of a power bank with several output ports.
For an owner using it between a work laptop and a phone, the useful starting point is to name the failing task. Is the bank failing to recharge, failing to power the laptop or failing on a particular output? Record the connected device, cable and adapter used when the problem appears. A complaint with that detail is easier to assess than a statement that charging feels slow.
Check the invoice route and registration
The product page supplies the model's 180-day manufacturing-defect cover. Ambrane's warranty support page separately says direct website purchases receive an extra 30 days when registered. Its table says registration is not required for the standard cover on purchases through Amazon, Flipkart or an offline store. Keep the channel and registration record with the invoice rather than assuming all orders receive the extension.
The general warranty policy confines coverage to genuine products purchased in India and to the first purchaser, with a supporting bill. It also excludes damage and unauthorised repair. Preserve the product's identifying information while preparing the claim. Removing labels or attempting an internal repair would make the evidence less useful and could introduce a separate coverage issue.
Build the claim record before sending anything
The warranty support checklist asks for an invoice or order confirmation, an intact serial number and a video demonstrating the defect. It marks unboxing video as mandatory for online purchases and handover video as mandatory when returning the product. Gather the files you already have and describe any missing record honestly when opening the case.
Use a short written description alongside the video: identify the Powerlit Ultra, explain the symptom and list the charging setup. Keep copies of the request and any instructions received. This gives the owner a record that can travel with the case even if the physical unit is later inspected by someone who did not see the original conversation.
Raise the case and confirm the courier arrangement
Ambrane's general policy says a case must be opened before support is provided. Its customer support page lists care@ambraneindia.com for warranty assistance. The newer warranty support page routes power banks towards the Delhi head office, with pickup possible where available. Obtain the case-specific destination and packing instructions before dispatching a battery product.
The official pages differ on courier costs. The warranty support page describes a reimbursement arrangement, while the general warranty policy places outbound shipping expense and transit risk on the customer and says Ambrane pays return courier charges. Do not treat reimbursement as automatic. Ask for written confirmation of the applicable arrangement and retain the original courier receipt if shipping is required.
Keep delivery complaints separate from later warranty faults
The customer support and cancellation pages ask owners to report damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours for replacement assessment. That delivery-reporting window is separate from the model's manufacturing-defect warranty. If the problem was present on arrival, record the delivery date and report it promptly rather than waiting to complete extended performance experiments.
Ambrane's general warranty policy also says repair or replacement leaves only the original warranty's unexpired period. Keep the service paperwork with the initial invoice so the dates remain traceable. For this laptop power bank, preserve the cable details too: the manual's charging instructions are central to explaining what failed and which setup was used when the symptom was observed.
