NEW DELHI: AirPods in India cost Rs 14,900 to Rs 74,900 on Apple's online store this month. The AirPods 5 start at Rs 14,900, the AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case cost Rs 17,900, the AirPods Pro 3 cost Rs 27,900 and the over-ear AirPods Max 2 cost Rs 74,900. Price as of 23 October 2026, 12:50 AM IST, on Apple's India store.

Apple currently lists four AirPods models for sale in India. Its compare page still carries older models such as the AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods 4 for reference, but the shop itself sells only the four below.

AirPods price list in India, October 2026

AirPods 5: Rs 14,900. It comes with a USB-C charging case.

AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case: Rs 17,900. The Rs 3,000 extra buys a case that charges on an Apple Watch charger or a Qi pad and has a speaker for Find My, plus volume swipe on the stems and longer battery life.

AirPods Pro 3: Rs 27,900. Apple claims the world's best in-ear Active Noise Cancellation for them, and they add heart rate sensing during workouts.

AirPods Max 2: Rs 74,900 in every colour: Midnight, Starlight, Blue, Purple and Orange. They are the only over-ear headphones in the range, and since every colour costs the same, the choice comes down to taste.

Battery life and what changes between models

Apple's compare page lists up to 4 hours of listening on one charge with noise cancellation on for the AirPods 5, and up to 20 hours with the case. The version with the wireless case is rated at up to 5 hours per charge and 22 hours with the case, so the Rs 3,000 step also buys an extra hour per charge.

The AirPods Pro 3 are rated at up to 8 hours on one charge with noise cancellation, and up to 24 hours with the case. The AirPods Max 2 are rated at up to 20 hours with noise cancellation on.

Controls differ too. The in-ear models use a force sensor on the stem for playback and calls, and the wireless case version of the AirPods 5 adds volume swipe. The Max 2 keeps the Digital Crown on the ear cup. The step from AirPods 5 to Pro 3 is Rs 13,000, and from the Pro 3 to the Max 2 it is Rs 47,000, the biggest jump in the range.

Offers on Apple's store

The AirPods buy pages show up to six months of no-cost EMI and up to Rs 4,000 instant cashback on AirPods with eligible cards. Apple's terms say the cashback works with qualifying American Express, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cards, with a minimum transaction value of Rs 10,001. That threshold rules nothing out here, since even the cheapest AirPods cost more than that. Free engraving is also offered on the buy page.

The cashback is the only discount Apple shows. Retail chains and marketplaces may price AirPods differently, so compare the final amount after card offers rather than the headline figure.

Which AirPods to buy

For someone who wants noise cancellation without paying Pro prices, the AirPods 5 at Rs 14,900 are the starting point. The wireless case version at Rs 17,900 is worth it only if you already charge a phone or watch on a Qi pad. The Pro 3 at Rs 27,900 bring double the single-charge battery of the base AirPods 5 and the workout heart rate feature, which matters mainly to people who track exercise on an iPhone.

The AirPods Max 2 at Rs 74,900 are a separate purchase: over-ear headphones with 20 hours of rated battery. Our earlier report covers the Rangoli edition AirPods 5 at Rs 17,900.
