NEW DELHI: Ai+ Smartphone has entered India's 5G tablet market with NovaTab and the larger Nova LapTab, both set for Flipkart from 7 October 2026 at 11:59 pm. The move extends the brand beyond phones into learning and hybrid productivity screens ahead of the festive season.

NovaTab starts at Rs 17,999* for 6GB + 128GB and Rs 20,999* for 8GB + 128GB, with prices listed as including bank offers. It uses an 11.97-inch 90Hz display, a T760 octa-core processor clocked up to 2.2GHz with an Arm Mali-G57 GPU, an 8,000mAh battery with 18W charging, dual speakers, 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, and 5G plus Wi-Fi. Colours are Dark Blue and Cinnamon Brown. Software is Android 16 with nxtQ OS.

Nova LapTab is priced at Rs 24,999* (including bank offers) for 8GB + 128GB. It steps up to a 13.2-inch 2.4K (2400 x 1600) 90Hz panel in a 3:2 aspect ratio, claims up to 450 nits brightness, and supports a stylus plus an attachable keyboard for laptop-like work. The chipset is listed as MT8755 up to 2.5GHz, storage expands up to 1TB, and the battery is 10,000mAh with 33W in-box charging. Quad speakers, 16MP rear and 8MP front cameras, and 5G connectivity round out the sheet. Colours are Teal Green and Dark Blue.

Who each device is for

Ai+ is pitching NovaTab as an accessible 5G learning companion for classes, reading and entertainment on a bigger canvas than a phone. The 8,000mAh cell and dual speakers fit long study sessions and streaming when Wi-Fi is weak and 5G is the fallback.

Nova LapTab targets users who bounce between video, notes and light productivity. Stylus support and a keyboard accessory matter if the buyer wants something closer to a detachable laptop without paying Windows ultrabook money. At roughly Rs 25,000 after bank offers, it undercuts many 2-in-1 Windows options while staying on Android for app continuity with phones.

Madhav Sheth, CEO of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies (Ai+ Smartphone), said the portfolio is meant for different festive moments, from a first smartphone to education and work-plus-entertainment screens, and called the tablet push a step toward a connected ecosystem designed in India with global ambitions.

Sale date, offers and caveats

Both tablets share the Pulse 2 FE sale window on Flipkart: 7 October 2026 from 11:59 pm. Starred prices depend on bank or prepaid offers and stock. Buyers should treat the MRP-minus-offer figure as provisional until the live listing shows the final payable amount for their card and pin code.

Keyboard and stylus availability, case options and warranty length for the hybrid accessories were not fully spelled out in the launch note. Shoppers who need those extras should confirm bundle SKUs on Flipkart before relying on the laptop-like pitch for exams or office work.

Ai+ already sells Nova 2 Ultra, Nova 2 Pro and Nova 2 Power phones in India, from about Rs 15,999 to Rs 18,999 after offers depending on the model. The tablet duo is the brand's clearest signal yet that it wants shelf space beyond handsets in the festive quarter, and that Pulse 2 FE, NovaTab and Nova LapTab are meant to sit as a coordinated festive set rather than one-off SKUs.
