NEW DELHI: To get a Google Pixel phone repaired in India, take it to one of the 23 service centres on Google's official list, carry your invoice, and hand it over before 2 PM IST if you want a chance of getting it back the same day. Four of these are Google Exclusive Service Centres, in Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai, and the other 19 are Google Authorized Service Centres. Details as of 20 October 2026, 12:37 AM IST.

This matters more than usual this month, as the Pixel 11 series is on Diwali sale and many buyers are picking up their first Pixel. Knowing where the nearest centre is, and what to bring, saves a wasted trip.

Where the Pixel service centres are

The four Google Exclusive centres are at 1MG Mall on Swami Vivekananda Road in Bengaluru, open every day from 8 AM to 6 PM; MGF Metropolitan Mall in Saket, Delhi, open every day from 10 AM to 8 PM; City Center Mall in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, open every day from 11 AM to 7 PM; and Platina in BKC, Mumbai, open every day from 10 AM to 6 PM. All four are closed on public holidays.

The authorised centres are in Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Guwahati, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Surat and Thiruvananthapuram. They open Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

In Uttar Pradesh, there are two centres: Burlington Arcade on Vidhan Sabha Marg in Lucknow (0522-4951704) and Patel Nagar in Ghaziabad (0120-4202360). In the National Capital Region, besides Saket, there is a centre at JMD Regent Square on MG Road, Gurugram (0124-4260298). Bihar's centre is on Fraser Road in Patna.

Before you go: the five steps Google lists

Call the centre first. Google asks owners to confirm opening hours, the services on offer, an estimate of the repair cost and how long the repair will take. Hand in the phone before 2 PM IST and the centre may be able to finish it on the same day, but check with them before you submit it.

Bring proof of purchase. Google says you need your invoice or receipt. Keep the digital invoice from your order email if you bought online.

Back up your data, then either factory reset the phone or turn on Repair Mode to protect your privacy. Google warns that a reset without a backup can wipe your data, and adds that the centre can do the factory reset for you.

Ask for a service ticket or job sheet number when you hand over the phone. You need it to track the repair status.

If there is no centre near you

Google says that if there is no service centre nearby, you can start the repair online through the Google Store or contact Pixel support. On its Pixel 11 store page, Google says at least 9 in 10 phones are repaired in under four hours at its walk-in centres. The footnote limits that to common repairs at participating centres when the phone is handed in before 2 PM, based on data from January 2026.

In Bengaluru and Delhi, there is also a paid pick-up and drop service run by F1 Info Solutions and Services, Google's authorised provider. It works only in select PIN codes in those cities, Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM IST, except public holidays. To book, you need your name, phone number, email, pick-up address and the phone's IMEI number, which is on the SIM tray or the original box. You get a one-time password by SMS and email, and you share the IMEI and that OTP with the F1 executive at pick-up. Remove SIM cards, memory cards and accessories first, and inspect the phone carefully when it comes back.

What we could not confirm

Google's centre list does not give repair prices, so there is no official repair price as of today to quote. Costs vary by fault and by whether the phone is under warranty, and the pick-up service fee is not listed either. Ask for a written estimate before you approve any paid repair, and check that the job sheet records the phone's condition when you hand it in.
