Odisha Joint Entrance Examination has released the Final Round Seat Allotment for B.Pharm and M.Pharm programmes for 2026-27. Notice No. OJEE/0552 dated 1 October 2026 says the allotment letters went live at 5:00 PM on 1 October, and that Lateral Entry Pharmacy candidates must wait one more day for their own file.

Eligible B.Pharm and M.Pharm candidates can check status and download the final allotment letter from their login on ojee.nic.in using the application number and password. The notice is also listed on the Board's public notices page.

OJEE had earlier signalled a shift in the final pharmacy allotment date. 1 October is the day the B.Pharm and M.Pharm result actually appeared, so candidates who held back through that shift now have a letter they can act on.

LE Pharmacy timetable

For Lateral Entry Pharmacy, the diploma-to-degree B.Pharm stream, OJEE has fixed the Final Round Seat Allotment for 2 October 2026 at 5:00 PM. The notice cites final technical data verification and database reconciliation as the reason for the one-day gap between the graduate streams and LE.

LE Pharmacy aspirants should refresh the portal after that cut-off rather than assume the B.Pharm and M.Pharm file covers them. Reporting instructions for LE seats will follow the same primary counselling guidelines once the allotment appears on the dashboard.

Students who applied under both a regular pharmacy programme and LE should read the notice twice. The two results do not share one PDF, and downloading the wrong letter will not protect an LE seat.

What newly allotted candidates must do

Newly allotted B.Pharm and M.Pharm candidates have to complete online reporting, pay the Part Admission-cum-Seat Confirmation Fee, and upload documents within the active timelines shown on the candidate dashboard. Skipping online reporting after downloading the letter can cancel the seat even when the college name is correct.

Physical reporting to the allotted institute still follows the schedule already published in the counselling brochure and earlier OJEE notices. OJEE/0552 says other terms and post-allotment phases remain unchanged from those primary guidelines.

Keep fee receipts, allotment letter printouts and scanned certificates ready before starting the online reporting flow. If the portal shows a discrepancy flag from the institute, resolve it inside the login rather than by informal email threads that never enter the OJEE system.

Parents paying the part admission fee should use only the payment options shown after login. Third-party collection links that are not generated by the candidate portal are not proof of seat confirmation.

Checks before travelling to college

Confirm the course code, college name and quota on the downloaded letter against the dashboard status. Carry originals for document verification as listed in the brochure. Candidates who floated or waited through earlier rounds should treat this final letter as the instruction to join, not as another provisional sheet.

For the authoritative schedule and instructions, use OJEE/0552 and the candidate login on ojee.nic.in. Social forwards that omit the 2 October LE timing leave diploma holders waiting without a clear next step.
