Maharashtra B.Pharmacy CAP Round 1 allotment out; accept seats and report by 30 September

Provisional allotment for Maharashtra's Centralised Admission Process Round I in B.Pharmacy and Pharm.D for 2026-27 is now live. The State Common Entrance Test Cell has opened candidate seat acceptance and institute reporting from 28 to 30 September 2026.

The notice is on the dedicated pharmacy admissions portal, ph2026.mahacet.org. The home page states that provisional allotment for CAP Round I has been published and points candidates to check status through their login. Institute-wise allotment lists and Round I cut-off lists for Maharashtra and All India candidates are also linked from the same page.

What allotted candidates must do

Seat acceptance runs from 28 September to 30 September 2026, up to 3:00 PM. Candidates accept the offered seat through their login and pay the seat acceptance fee online. The portal instructions distinguish between candidates who get their first preference and those who get a lower preference and then choose whether to freeze or keep floating, in line with CAP rules printed on the schedule.

Reporting to the allotted institute, with confirmation of admission after fee payment, runs across the same three days up to 5:00 PM on 30 September. Showing up without completing online acceptance first is a common way to lose time at the college counter.

Candidates who do not accept a Round I seat inside the window follow the forfeiture and further-round rules printed in the CAP information brochure. The portal text warns that discrepancies found at institute verification can cancel an allotment even after online acceptance.

Cut-offs and seat matrix

Round I cut-off lists for Maharashtra State and All India candidates are posted for download, along with the category-wise seat matrix used for Round I. Final and provisional merit lists for the state, All India and defence categories remain available on the document links section for anyone still reconciling ranks.

Cut-off PDFs are long. Students should search their own category and university or college code rather than rely on a forwarded screenshot of a single page.

Who this round covers

The portal header describes First Year undergraduate technical courses in B.Pharmacy and postgraduate Pharm.D admissions for 2026-27 under the CET Cell process. Option forms for Round I were collected earlier in the last week of September; this publication is the allotment that follows those options.

Candidates who did not fill options in Round I will not find a fresh seat here. Their next chance, if any, depends on later CAP rounds and vacancy notices the Cell may issue.

Practical tips for the next 72 hours

Use the official login only. Keep payment receipts and the allotment letter PDF. Carry originals and photocopies the institute list asks for when you report. If the portal shows a grievance option for an obvious allotment error, raise it through the login rather than only by email.
