Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences has notified the First BNYS Part I regular examinations for November 2026. Letter No. 123/KNRUHS/Exams/Notifications/2026 dated 30 September 2026 sets theory exams to begin on 13 November 2026, with Biochemistry scheduled that Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Eligible candidates include BNYS students admitted in 2025-26 whose admissions are approved, who meet 75 per cent attendance in theory and practical separately and 35 per cent internal assessment in each subject, plus earlier batches who failed, were detained or did not register for previous sittings, subject to course regulations.

Attendance and internal marks calendar

Attendance for this exam cycle is calculated up to 9 October 2026. Colleges must upload attendance percentage and internal assessment marks between 15 and 17 October 2026. Confirmation of those uploads is fixed for 19 October 2026.

Students below the attendance or internal cut-offs after 9 October will not clear eligibility even if they later pay the exam fee. Principals have been asked to circulate the notice to HODs and display it on the college board, including at Gandhi Naturopathic Medical College, Hyderabad.

Students who are short on attendance should speak to their college office immediately rather than assuming a later condonation will appear. The notification ties eligibility to the published percentages and to approval of admission by the university.

Fee windows and answer booklets

Exam fee is Rs 500, marks memo Rs 300 and processing fee Rs 350 (processing fee is waived for backlog students). Payment without fine runs from 23 to 29 October 2026. A Rs 200 fine applies from 30 October to 1 November, and a further Rs 5,000 fine on top of the earlier fine applies from 2 to 5 November 2026.

Fees are paid online through the TCS iON link printed in the notification. The payment link stays active from 23 October to 5 November 2026. KNRUHS will issue a single barcode answer booklet for digital valuation; candidates must write all answers in that booklet only.

Because the university uses digital valuation, extra loose sheets are not part of the plan. Candidates should practise writing within the single booklet format and keep handwriting clear for scan quality.

Practicals and reporting time

Reporting time at the theory centre is 9:00 AM. Practical and clinical examinations are scheduled to begin from 20 November 2026. The Controller of Examinations has asked colleges to acknowledge receipt of the notification.

Carry the usual exam-day identity documents and arrive before reporting time. Late entry rules follow the university's standard examination instructions once halls open.

Backlog students should confirm whether the processing fee waiver applies to their registration category before paying, and should keep the online fee receipt with the hall ticket once it is issued. Colleges will cross-check fee status against the TCS iON records during the run-up to 13 November.

BNYS first-year students should treat 9 October as the hard attendance cut-off and complete fee payment early in the without-fine window. The binding timetable and fee table remain those in the 30 September KNRUHS exam notification on knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
