The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, has published the mop-up allotment for M.Pharm admissions 2026. The notification dated 30 September 2026 covers government and private self-financing pharmacy colleges and places the allotment memo on the M.Pharm-2026 Candidate Portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.

Candidates log in with their application number and password, open Allotment Result, and download the memo that carries name, roll number, allotment details and tuition fee information. The Data Sheet from the home page must also be downloaded. Both papers have to be handed over at the allotted college along with the originals listed in Clause 9.3 of the Prospectus.

Reporting window and fee rule

Allotted candidates must report for admission from 1 October 2026 to 5 October 2026, 4:00 PM. Full fees as per government orders are to be paid at the college at the time of joining. CEE has not extended this mop-up reporting window in the 30 September notice.

Helpline numbers printed on the notification are 0471-2332120 and 0471-2338487. Students who cannot open the portal should use those lines rather than waiting until the last afternoon of 5 October.

Colleges will expect the memo and data sheet together. Arriving with only a phone screenshot of the allotment page is a common reason reporting desks send candidates back to the portal before accepting documents.

If you already joined a lower option

Candidates who joined a college in an earlier phase and have now received a higher option in mop-up must collect their transfer certificate, original documents and fees from the first college and join the newly allotted college. Failure to complete that transfer means losing both seats, the Commissioner has warned.

That clause matters for students who treated the earlier allotment as temporary. The mop-up memo is not optional once accepted in practice: either join the higher option properly or risk walking away with nothing.

Plan the TC and fee refund steps on 1 October itself if the higher option is in another district. Inter-college transfers eat into the five-day reporting window quickly when offices close for weekends or local holidays.

What to carry on reporting day

Carry the allotment memo, data sheet, fee payment proof and the prospectus list of originals. Private self-financing colleges follow the same reporting dates as government colleges under this mop-up notice.

Keep photocopies of every original you submit and collect acknowledgements from the admitting office. If a college cites a local checklist beyond Clause 9.3, ask for it in writing and cross-check against the CEE prospectus before leaving campus.

Mop-up is usually the last centralised chance before colleges fill residual seats locally, so candidates who ignore a higher option because the joining date feels tight often regret it once the portal closes. If travel or fee arrangement needs two working days, start on 1 October rather than 4 October.

For the controlling text, use the 30 September CEE notification on the M.Pharm 2026 notification page. Informal forwards that omit the dual-seat loss warning leave students exposed on 5 October.
