NEW DELHI: iQOO Z11x 5G starts lower at Rs 27,999 for the 6GB/128GB version, while the Z11xa 5G is listed at Rs 28,999 for 8GB/128GB on the company's India store. The more useful comparison is between equal memory configurations: the store homepage lists an 8GB/128GB Z11x at Rs 30,999, putting it Rs 2,000 above the Z11xa.

The cheaper starting price hides a memory difference

Reading only the first price would suggest that the Z11x is the less expensive phone. That is accurate for the lowest configuration observed, but it leaves out the extra RAM on the Z11xa. Both starting listings provide the same storage capacity. The difference is in working memory, rather than space for photographs or downloaded files.

For someone comparing the phones with several apps open, the equal-memory prices give a cleaner reference. On the official listings checked, the Z11xa costs less when both phones have 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. That does not establish a permanent price relationship, but it explains why the suffix alone cannot tell an Indian customer which listing costs more.

The arithmetic also changes the size of the decision. Moving from the observed entry Z11x listing to the Z11xa adds Rs 1,000 and increases RAM by 2GB. Moving between the observed 8GB listings instead saves Rs 2,000 with the Z11xa. Those are different comparisons, and neither should be presented as a discount on the other phone.

The main hardware figures are unusually close

Both official parameter pages identify the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo processor. They also list the same battery capacity, charging figure and display resolution. There is no basis in those specifications for describing the Z11xa as a faster-charging alternative or assigning it a higher-resolution screen.

The display is LCD on both models. This matters more than the similarity of their names: a reader expecting an AMOLED panel from the broader Z-series branding should check the particular model. The published specifications also place the fingerprint sensor on the side. These are concrete design choices, rather than differences established by the price gap.

The camera listings are equally close. Each parameter page names a Sony IMX852 main camera, a bokeh camera and the same front-camera resolution. Shared sensor figures do not prove identical photographs, because processing and shooting conditions still matter. They do mean that a claim of a larger main sensor or an extra ultrawide camera needs evidence beyond the model name.

Keep the battery figure separate from runtime

The capacity and charging specifications describe the battery system, not a guaranteed number of hours away from a socket. For background on reading capacity labels, see our iQOO Z10 Lite vs Z11 Lite 44W: Rs 18,999 and Rs 19,999 compared. Neither phone has been independently endurance-tested for this comparison.

The practical distinction here is therefore the configuration attached to each official price. This is a narrow comparison of two closely related phones, not evidence that every Z-series model offers the same screen or camera package. Our iQOO Neo 10 vs 15R: Rs 48,999 and Rs 59,999 for 12GB/256GB covers a separate part of that range.

Software branding should also be read separately from hardware. Both parameter pages list OriginOS 6.0. A later software announcement does not by itself change the version shown on a product specification page; our iQOO phone price list India: Rs 16,999 to Rs 93,999 for Z10 Lite to iQOO 15 provides separate update context.
