GURUGRAM: Packaged food company Troovy has raised Rs 100 crore to expand research, manufacturing and distribution, according to funding reports published on Tuesday, October 27, and Wednesday, October 28. The company's official contact information lists Sushant Estate in Sector 52, linking the financing to Gurugram's consumer business sector.
Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures participated in the investment. Reports describe the financing as a Series B round and identify Fireside as the lead investor. The money is intended to support a larger production and sales operation, although the sources checked do not set out a new Gurugram factory location or a local recruitment target.
What the financing will support
The company plans to put the proceeds into research and development, additional manufacturing capacity and wider distribution through quick commerce and physical retail, according to the accounts of the financing. Those intended uses were consistent across the reports checked. They describe an expansion plan, rather than a completed increase in factory output or store coverage.
The round follows an earlier $5 million Series A investment in January 2026. Reports of both financings name Fireside Ventures and Sharrp Ventures, while Spring Marketing Capital and Veltis Capital also participated in the January round. The January financing provides context for the new investment; it is not being presented as a separate announcement this week.

The Gurugram business behind the brand
Troovy's official contact page identifies the business as Honestinnovations Foryou and gives a physical address at Tower 8, Sushant Estate. Its website footer uses the full company name, Honestinnovations Foryou Private Limited. The investor's official portfolio entry also lists Gurugram as Troovy's location and identifies Mansi Baranwal and Aditya Mukherjee as its founders.
The business sells packaged foods including sauces, spreads, chips and millet pasta. These categories are visible on its own website, as well as in the funding reports. This financing update does not assess the nutritional claims made in product marketing or recommend any of the products.
The company's account of its development process says parents helped test and refine recipes before launch. It describes multiple rounds of recipe changes, tasting and testing. Reports of the latest funding say Troovy intends to continue developing products with input from families, an approach it calls Build Together.
What remains to be established
The verified use of funds is broader than Gurugram alone: it covers production, product development and sales channels. The material checked does not divide the Rs 100 crore among those activities. It also does not provide a confirmed timetable for a local plant opening, so residents should not read the financing amount as a promise of a specific number of jobs in the city.
