NEW DELHI: With OPPO's Find X10 Pro Max now priced at Rs 1,99,999, there are four big-battery camera flagships on official Indian stores, and the cheapest of them costs Rs 65,000 less than the dearest. The Pixel 11 Pro XL starts at Rs 1,34,999 on Google Store, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is Rs 1,54,999 on Samsung.com against a list price of Rs 1,69,999, the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at Rs 1,79,900 on Apple's store, and the Find X10 Pro Max is Rs 1,99,999 on OPPO Store. Price as of 23 October 2026, between 12:40 AM and 1:00 AM IST, for all four.

The four prices are not like for like, because the base storage differs. OPPO sells the Pro Max only with 512GB, while Apple and Samsung start at 256GB. Below, each phone is set against the others at the same storage where the brands allow it.

Price at 256GB and 512GB on official stores

Pixel 11 Pro XL: from Rs 1,34,999 on Google Store India. Google's configuration page lists the 6.8-inch Pro XL from that price.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra: 256GB with 12GB RAM at Rs 1,54,999 on Samsung.com, down from a list price of Rs 1,69,999. The 512GB version is Rs 1,74,999 against a list price of Rs 1,89,999.

iPhone 18 Pro Max: 256GB at Rs 1,79,900, 512GB at Rs 2,04,900, 1TB at Rs 2,54,900 and 2TB at Rs 3,29,900 on Apple's India store.

OPPO Find X10 Pro Max: 12GB RAM with 512GB at Rs 1,99,999. OPPO's store shows a reference price of Rs 2,39,999 for the same phone. Sales start on 29 October.

Among Samsung, Apple and OPPO at 512GB, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is the cheapest, at Rs 1,74,999 on Samsung.com. The Find X10 Pro Max costs Rs 25,000 more, and the 512GB iPhone 18 Pro Max costs Rs 4,901 more than the OPPO. At the entry point, the 256GB S26 Ultra undercuts the 256GB iPhone 18 Pro Max by Rs 24,901.

Cameras: three very different bets

OPPO has put a 200MP sensor behind all three rear lenses on the Find X10 Pro Max: a wide camera at f/1.5, an ultra-wide with a 124-degree field of view and a telephoto, according to its specification page. A 3.2MP multi-spectral sensor helps with colour.

Samsung's support answers on its India buy page list a 200MP main camera on the S26 Ultra, optical zoom at 3x and 5x, optical-quality zoom at 2x and 10x, and digital zoom up to 100x.

Apple has gone with 48MP throughout on the iPhone 18 Pro Max: a 48MP main camera with a variable aperture from f/1.48 to f/4.0, a 48MP ultra-wide at 13 mm, and a 48MP telephoto at 100 mm, which Apple calls 4x, using a tetraprism design.

Megapixel counts do not settle which phone takes better pictures, but they do tell you something about cropping. A 200MP telephoto leaves more detail when you zoom digitally past its native reach, which is the case OPPO is making. Apple is betting on a longer 4x lens instead.

Battery, charging and size

This is where OPPO pulls clear on paper. The Find X10 Pro Max has an 8,000 mAh typical battery with 80 W wired and 50 W wireless charging, according to OPPO. Samsung lists a 5,000 mAh battery on the S26 Ultra. Google lists a typical 5,115 mAh battery on the Pixel 11 Pro XL and says it reaches 75 percent in about 30 minutes with a 45 W charger, which is sold separately.

Apple does not publish battery capacity in mAh. It rates the iPhone 18 Pro Max at up to 29 hours of typical use and up to 43 hours of video playback, well ahead of the 23 hours Apple lists for the smaller iPhone 18 Pro.

The screens are close in size. The iPhone 18 Pro Max has a 6.9-inch display at 2868 x 1320 pixels. The Find X10 Pro Max has a 6.78-inch panel at 2772 x 1272 pixels that runs at 1 to 120 Hz and up to 144 Hz in some games. The Pixel 11 Pro XL has a 6.8-inch screen at 1344 x 2992 pixels. The white Find X10 Pro Max weighs about 233 g and the iPhone 18 Pro Max 249 g.

Chips and software

The Find X10 Pro Max uses MediaTek's Dimensity 9600 Pro and runs ColorOS 17. The S26 Ultra uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, with 12GB or 16GB of RAM depending on storage, according to Samsung. The iPhone 18 Pro Max uses Apple's A20 Pro, with a 6-core CPU and a 7-core GPU. The Pixel 11 Pro XL uses Google's Tensor G6, and Google promises seven years of OS and security updates on the Pixel 11 series.

Which one to pick

If price comes first, the Pixel 11 Pro XL at Rs 1,34,999 is the entry ticket, and Google's long update promise adds to its value. Of the three phones priced here at 512GB, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is the cheapest, at Rs 1,74,999 on Samsung.com, and the only one with two optical zoom steps listed.

The Find X10 Pro Max asks the most at 512GB after the iPhone, but it is the battery pick by a wide margin and has the most ambitious camera hardware on paper. The iPhone 18 Pro Max makes most sense for someone already using an iPhone and a Mac, and it is the only one with storage up to 2TB.
