GURUGRAM: DevFest New Delhi will run at Google’s Signature Towers office from October 16 to 18, with different programmes for developers, content creators and business leaders. The organisers have warned that attendance lists must be finalised ahead of the event.
An October 13 update on the Leadership Day page said the list would be finalised and sent to the security team the following day. It urged people to book only if a seat was still available. A registration page should therefore not be treated as a promise of admission.
The Storyteller Day listing displayed a ₹799 one-day registration option when checked. Price as of October 14, 2026, 7:34 AM IST. That is the listed ticket price; any final payment charges were not verified. Its application form describes an approval process.
Builder Day is already full
An October 11 organiser update declared the October 16 Builder Day full. Its programme is centred on practical work, including a workshop on safeguards for AI in banking, a prompt-based competition and sessions on systems built from multiple AI agents. The published agenda also includes agent memory and conversational systems using Model Context Protocol.
Other scheduled workshops cover creating a resume tool with Gemini and Firebase and building a voice agent in AI Studio. Ritwick Bhargav is listed for a competition session, while Akshay Nara is scheduled for a voice-agent workshop. For existing pass holders, the registration instructions make a charged laptop compulsory and say internet access will be provided.
Creators on Saturday, business leaders on Sunday
The October 17 creator programme has parallel tracks named Mountain View and New York. Topics include software engineers creating content with AI, search-engine optimisation, the design of thumbnails and growing a technology-content brand. Anjali Kumari, Amit Tiwari and Ajay Suneja are among the speakers listed against sessions.
Another track includes talks on how agencies use AI for marketing, whether content creation remains worthwhile, and building a creator business. The agenda puts practical creator activities alongside talks rather than listing a single uninterrupted conference programme. Attendees cannot assume they will be able to join every session running in parallel.
The October 18 programme includes conversations about starting and changing a business, product decisions and company culture. Listed speakers include MobiKwik founder Bipin Preet Singh, Moglix CTO Animesh Srivastava and Airtel EVP and chief product officer Varun Das.
What an application and pass cover
The Storyteller application says the organisers review registrations and send an emailed payment link after approval. A place is confirmed after payment. A laptop is recommended for that day, rather than required. Applicants are asked to describe their experience and area of work accurately.
The Leadership application is described as invite and approval based, for founders, CEOs, other senior executives and business leaders. It asks why the applicant wants to attend and which session formats interest them. Neither application guarantees a seat in a particular session; seating is first come, first served.
The forms say purchases are non-refundable even if an attendee cannot come. They also require agreement to contact details being shared with sponsors and partners, and future contact from GDG New Delhi and GDG Cloud New Delhi. Organisers retain discretion to cancel a registration. The event’s published rule allows each person to attend one day only.
The chapter describes GDG New Delhi as an independent group, with activities including developer talks, hands-on learning and community events. The named venue is Google Gurgaon, Signature Towers III, Tower B, in Sector 15 Part 2. Readers should use their confirmed entry instructions when planning their visit.
There is a timing mismatch between the organiser’s Commudle listings, which show a 9 AM start, and the GDG calendar, which shows 10 AM IST. Both show a 4 PM end. Pass holders should confirm their reporting time rather than rely on the calendar alone.
